SHIPPING AND HANDLING INFORMATION
All purchases are shipped UPS Ground except for rare occasions.
You can expect your purchase to arrive anywhere from 1-7 working days after it is shipped, depending on the distance from our store. We ship on-hand eBay purchases normally within 1-3 business days.
Item Returns
All return requests must be made within 30 days of the invoice date of your purchase. Call us toll free at 1-888-244-6632 with your invoice number ready to obtain your return authorization number.
Returns require a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. This return number helps us identify your package and the reason for the return when it arrives back to our store. DO NOT submit a return without one as your package will be refused and returned to you. To obtain a return number simply contact us at 1-888-244-6632 during our normal business hours.
Any and all electrical parts are NOT returnable for any reason.
Used, previously installed, or parts not in completely new condition are not returnable.
Restocking fees
A credit will be given for the purchase price of your item(s) less a 20% restocking fee. If you need to make an exchange the restocking fee will be waived. Shipping charges are not refundable.
If we make an error in your shipment or if the item arrives damaged or mispackaged from the manufacturer restocking fees will not apply.
Within 30 days of the invoice date you may return your purchase. Call us toll free at 888-244-6632 with your invoice number ready to obtain your return authorization number.
Returned items are to be shipped at your expense unless an error was done on our part. The item(s) must be insured for their full value and are to be in new, unused condition with part number stickers on the boxes. All hardware and packaging must be intact and shipped in its original box. Parts that have been partially or completely installed are not returnable.
A credit will be given for the purchase price of your item(s) less any applicable restocking fees. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Complete and enclose a return form with your packages.
Please avoid writing on the box if you are making a return. Please use a return label.
If your order is received damaged or is missing components, please notify us by phone within 48 hours. Be sure to inspect your package when you receive it. Report any visible damage to the carrier or decline the package if substantial damage is done to the package or its' contents.
Installation of accessories is at your own risk. It is recommended that the more involved accessories be installed by a trained certified technician. College Hills Honda is not responsible for damage done to parts or vehicles due to improper installation and/or consumer error.
