Return /Damage Policy
Returns: We are certain you will be happy with your merchandise. We take extra care to completely describe our items, including any flaws. (Minor manufacture flaws may be omitted) If you have any questions about an item, please email us before placing your order.
If that rare occasion occurs where you feel you must return an item, please contact us for return instructions within three (3) days (by phone or email) of receipt of your order. Upon our receipt & inspection of the returned item(s) (which must have our original sticker or marking), we will issue a refund for your item(s) if returned in the same condition as it was when it was sent to you excluding any shipping / insurance cost for which you were responsible. Buyer is responsible for return shipping / insurance cost, which will not be reimbursed for any reason. Returned merchandise must be received by us within ten (10) days of the date from which you contact us regarding the return.
We take extra precautions to pack our orders to prevent damage &/or breakage. If, despite our efforts, your order does arrive damaged, please contact us via email or written notification. We will then file a claim with our insurance carrier. Upon receipt of your claims funds from the insurance carrier, we will forward the refund to you. (Approx. 30 days) Do not repack & do not mail the damaged items back to us unless we request you to do so.
We are not liable for any loss or damge of any item shipped without insurance. If you elect not to insure your purchase, you take full responsiblity for any and all loss or damages.
