| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:We have a 7 day no questions asked return policy (from when you receive the item). Item must be returned in the exact same condition it was received in (shipping fees not refundable). |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |
|
| A:Yes, we combine shipping on all items that can be shipped together. If you would like to know what the shipping charge is for a certain combination of items, please e-mail us a list and give us your zip code so we can look up the shipping. Thanks! |
| Q:How do I get my combined shipping rate? |
|
| A:Please purchase all the items that you want on the same order. THEN DO NOT PAY, but send us a message asking us to combine the invoice for you. We will then give you an invoice with the combined shipping rate. Thank you! |
| Q:I ordered a custom engraved nameplate (or my display case comes with one). How long does it take to process before it's shipped? |

| A:Our nameplates are normally done on Tuesdays through Fridays (generally done the day after you order). Sometimes we get a little backed up, but at most your item will be shipped within a week if not a few days. If you need a rush, please request in a message to rush it and will do our best to get it out quicker. |
| Q:How many characters can I have on my nameplate? |
|
| A:Most of our nameplates can have at least 45 characters and 2 lines of text. The acrylic displays can hold 3 lines of text. The only exception to this is the baseball displays that can hold about 25 characters and 2 lines of text.
Nameplates are $7.00 for the glass displays (5/8" plate) and $8.50 for the acrylic displays (1" plate). |
| Q:Do you have a retail store location or offer local pickups |

| A:Yes, we do have a retail store in Anaheim Hills. All items can be purchased in the store for the same price as offered on eBay. If you win a card auction and don't want it shipped, feel free to come by to pick up your card. Business hours are 10-4pm Monday through Friday. |
| Q:Do you have a phone number? |

| A:Yes, our customer service number is toll free (888-9-TEAM-CS) 888-983-2627 and we answer it only during business hours. |
| Q:Can you ship your displays via USPS and not UPS? |
|
| A:NO. We ship all our displays with insured shipping the we have found that the post office NEVER pays for damage even if it is shipped insured. Shipping insurance that is dependable is a must on items that are breakable. We do this so you are guaranteed to get a mint item. |
| Q:On an international shipment can you declare something as a gift or an amount less than what it is? |

| A:NO. We do our best to run an honest business even if it means we may lose some international sales. If a seller is willing to be dishonest about the customs forms, what else are they being dishonest about that you do not know? |
| Q:I ordered a nameplate (or my display comes with a nameplate). How do I get nameplate engraving instructions to you. |

| Q:How quickly do you ship? |
|
| A:On card supplies we ship out the day following payment assuming payment is received by 7pm pacific time. On display cases without nameplates that we stock, the shipping time is the same. If you purchase an item with a nameplate, please add 1-2 business days to allow us to get the plate done.
