Shipping Information:

Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours of payment. Shipments are made Mon - Fri. Items paid for Fri-Sun are shipped on Mon. 

Shipments include a delivery confirmation # (US Only). You will receive an email from paypal with this number. If there is ever a problem with receiving your item please let me know and I will be happy to help you as best I can.

International shipping is available upon request. Buyers must contact me before purchasing an item for correct shipping cost. All tax/duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Paypal is the only payment method allowed by ebay. Please have your payment made within 1 week of purchase. If your payment is going to be delayed please contact me with estimated time of payment.  

Echecks sent through paypal typically take 3-4 business days to clear. In some cases it takes longer. Usually over holiday weekends. Your item will not be shipped until the payment has cleared through paypal.

If for any reason you will have a delay in payment please let me know.

Feedback:

Feedback is an important part of the ebay system.  Your feedback will be left once feedback has been received. This tells me that the transaction is truly complete and you are satisfied with your item.

Refunds:

If for any reason you are not happy with your item it can be returned for a refund. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery if you are interested in receiving a refund.

Refund amount will be for the purchase price only. This does not include shipping cost to or from the buyer.

Communication:

Emails are typically answered within 48 hrs. of receiving them. If you do not hear from me within 72 hrs. then I may not have received your email or mine may not have gotton to you. This is usually do to spam filters. If you do not hear from me try contacting me through ebay. Also check any bulk or spam folders you may have, these emails can sometimes end up there.
