I had been looking for this specific comic book for years and the seller did a great job describing it because no Google search ever yielded anything before. The price was fair and it arrived quickly and in very good condition. The shipping fee felt excessive at first but then I recalled the times I've sent small things via USPS or through the private companies and it simply wasn't cheap.
