Items may be returned within 14 days from the order date in unopened package that is in like-new condition, unless returning defective merchandise, accompanied by original receipt. Items without receipt are limited to exchanges only and subject to approval. Approved exchanges without receipt will be offered at the lowest selling price. In most instances we can verify purchases made in the last year. Clearance sales are final. NO returns on Video Games, DVD’s, comics or single collectible cards. Christmas returns valid until January 31st.

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
