Return Policy

We want to ensure that our customers are pleased and satisfied with their purchase.  We stand behind our products as we are sure that they are of the best quality.  If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7 day return policy with full product cost reimbursement.  Product will be inspected upon return and a credit will be issued to your Paypal account.  The buyer is responsible for initial and return shipping costs, any customs brokerage charges, duty and taxes.  Commonwealth Specialty Hose Clamps warranty covers the cost of the hose clamp purchased only.  We cannot be responsible for residual and other costs.  Please contact us at info@commonwealthinc.ca if you wish to return your item(s).
