1- Shipping Policy

We ship your orders promptly.  Here is our shipping schedule:.

  • Except for USPS Express Mail, we ship on Mondays through Fridays.  We do not ship on Federal US Holidays because the post office is closed on those holidays.
  • USPS Express Mail shipments go out on Saturday as long as your payment is received before 9:00 am ET, otherwise they ship on Monday.
  • Occasionally but rarely our company is closed and we won't ship on those days.  But our listings will contain a message explaining that we are closed for business, so you will be able to know before you buy our items.

We have sometime noticed that buyers have an outdated address on file with eBay/Paypal.  This inevitably leads to shipping problems.

  • For transactions paid for using PayPal, we will use the shipping address indicated by your PayPal payment.  Delivery problems due outdated or incorrect/incomplete PayPal shipping address is not our responsibility.  So please make sure your shipping info is correct or at least contact us with correct address immediately after purchase.  Our shipping turnaround is very quick in most cases so your correction should be immediate (we, no purpose, almost never ship in under 3 hours of receipt of payment to give buyers a chance to correct their addresses if need be).
  • We accept PO Box address for all items that provide United States Postal Office (USPS) shipping.
  • A street address must be provided (PO Box address will not be accepted) for shipping options that use the United Postal Service (UPS Ground or UPS 2nd Day Air).
  • USA APO/FPO military addresses are welcome just make sure your shipping address is up to date.

2- 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

For our USA customers, we guarantee you receive your package in excellent shape (or exactly as described for some value items).  If there is a problem, you must contact us within 3 weeks starting from the shipping date.  We do require that you first contact the manufacturer and use the tech support you are entitled to, because they might be able to help solve the issue without you having to return the product.  Otherwise you will be asked to return the damaged or defective item.  Do not return the item back to us before we issue the proper Return Merchandize Authorization and send it to you in an email, and the returned package should include everything that was originally received, including the software or product box, not just the CDs or devices, otherwise this policy is void.  Once we receive the item we will test it.  If it works then the software  is not defective but incompatible with your equipment, and in that case we will refund you based on section 3 below.  Otherwise we will replace your package..  If we are not able to replace your package then you will get refunded fully (including shipping & handling fees).

This guarantee does NOT cover situations where your item is late showing up or does not show up, except if you had purchased insurance. Without insurance purchase, we cannot help you if your item does not show up. But please rest assured that these are extremely rare occurrences. The post office does return packages that they are not able to deliver to us but after a long time.

If you are an international customer and did not purchase the optional insurance we offer and your package does not show up, we are not responsible.  If the package gets returned to us then we will inform you promptly to see if you want it resent (at your expense) or refunded (based on section 3 "Return Policy" below).

3- Return Policy

You can return a package that you received from us for any reason provided you abide by the following conditions:

  • You should contact us by email requesting an RMA number.  Once the contact shows that you are abiding by this return policy condition, and RMA number is issued to you.
  • If the package is a computer game or software, then it should not have been opened (seal not broken, media not installed on your computer).
  • The package should be packaged for shipping in at least the same packaging quality as received.
  • The contact to request the RMA number should happen within 3 business weeks of the shipping date (that we inform you about by email when we ship your item).
  • You must include a copy of your paid invoice (the one we send with your package or sometimes separately).
  • You must include your RMA number with the return shipment (you can write it down on the copy of the invoice or on a separate sheet).
  • At least $2.00 or a 10% restocking & processing fee (whichever is greater) will be charged (item price excluding shipping & handling). In other words we will refund you the item price less 10% (or $2).
  • For items where free shipping was offered a $3.94 shipping cost will not be refunded, and if you paid for priority or Express mail shipping then those costs will not be refunded.

4- Sales Taxes

Computer Game Cluster is required to collect New Jersey Sales & Use Tax.  Current code requires Computer Game Cluster to collect 7% tax on any sale of our products in which the person who will use the product resides in NJ.  This means that if you reside outside New Jersey, and purchase an item from us, and request that we ship it to an address in New Jersey, then we are required to collect 7% on the sum of the item value and shipping & handling and/or insurance from you.

5- Custom Duties for Customers Outside The USA

It is the responsibility of our international customers to pay for any possible Import duties, taxes and charges collected by their respective countries on items that they buy.  These are paid by you upon delivery and are not part of the payment you sent us for your order.

As a business we are required by law to declare items that we ship international based on certain official guidelines.  We are required to declare the value of the order as sold (order price before shipping & handling and/or insurance).  We are also required to mark the item as "other", we cannot mark it as "gift".

Different countries have different import rules. Some charge no fees at all and some charge only if value of order is above a certain threshold.   We encourage you to contact your countries custom offices and ask about what guidelines they follow for import duties, taxes, brokerage fees and charges.

6- Combined Shipping Policy

Our Combined Shipping Policy varies based on whether your shipping address is a Domestic USA address or International:

  • Domestic orders (USA, Puerto Rico, Hawai, and some US Territories):

Most of our listings have free shipping as default shipping option.  If the items you buy are ALL with free default shipping, then total shipping is free (no shipping charge for additional items).  But if at least one of your items do not have free default shipping, then any additional item will cost an additional $3, the first item being the one with the highest shipping among the items you selected (not the first one you picked up).  If upon checkout you select the other shipping options (they are never free) then each additional item will cost an additional $3, the first item being the one with the highest shipping cost.

Last note: for the savings to take effect do not pay for the items individually, rather pay once for all of them (using the eBay shopping cart, or by grouping the items you selected in the ebay checkout page).

  • International Orders:

Any additional item will cost an additional $8.5, the first item being the one with the highest shipping among the items you selected (not the first one you picked up).  Please not that most our items already have reduced shipping.  These are the items for which we offer free domestic USA shipping.  This is in order to treat our international customers the same as our domestic customers.  The amount of reduction in international shipping is equal to the default domestic shipping deduction (about $4).

Last note: for the savings to take effect do not pay for the items individually, rather pay once for all of them (using the eBay shopping cart, or by grouping the items you selected in the ebay checkout page).
