*New, Like New or Used* Anything sold as "new, like new or used" has a 14 day return policy for items received Dead On Arrival (DOA). If you receive a non-working item, please contact us through the eBay messaging system and we will issue an RMA# for the return. When possible a replacement will be sent, otherwise you will receive a refund. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your item if you need to return or exchange it. Items received in our warehouse without prior authorization will not be processed.
*For Parts or Not Working* Some of our products are listed for "parts or not working." These products are sold AS-IS with no warranty or returns accepted unless the wrong item is sent. If you receive the wrong item, please contact us and we will issue you an RMA# for the return. Items received in our warehouse without prior authorization will not be processed.
*eBay Stock Descriptions* If you don't see it in the pictures, assume it is not included. For some products eBay requires us to use their stock description, this does not mean that all of the items in that description are included. Please see our listing description for included items.

Buyer pays return shipping. We must receive the item in the same condition it left our warehouse. All returns will be scanned and processed within 2 business days of receiving it in our warehouse. Please make sure you return the correct item to us. If you return the wrong item, you will have to pay to get it shipped back to you. We will not process a return for items we receive that do not have our bar codes and markings. We do not give credit for items that have been damaged by the buyer. If you return a damaged item, an email will be sent to you with pictures outlining the damage and no refund will be issued. Please have your item installed by a qualified technician for best results. If you do not notify us within 14 days of receiving the item, the sale is considered final.
