All items are shipped within 1 business day of your cleared payment. We observe all federal holidays.

*eBay Registered Address* We will only ship your item to the address you have registered with your eBay account. Please ensure that your contact and shipping info is correct before purchasing.

*Express Shipping* If you need express shipping please call or email us before you purchase the item so that we can ensure that your order goes out that day. All express orders must be received by 11am Mountain Standard Time in order to be shipped the same day. If you do not call us before purchasing express shipping, we do not guarantee your item will go out the same day.

*Free Shipping* Some of our items are listed with Free Shipping. Free shipping is for the continental US only. All others please see shipping details for info. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands please contact us for a quote. If you would like to pick up your item locally, please contact us to schedule a time. You may message us through eBay

*International Shipping* All orders over $200 must be shipped USPS Express International. Any item below $200 can be shipped USPS Priority International. Because of the lack of tracking information and high rate of lost packages, we WILL NOT ship your item USPS First Class International.

*Customs Values, Duties and Taxes* Many countries charge customs duties and taxes. These additional costs are out of our control and the responsibility of the buyer. The purchase price will be entered as the customs value and we WILL NOT alter this value in any way. Please do not ask us to enter a lower customs value.

*Local Pickup* Local buyers may pick up an item during business hours which are M-Th 7:30 am-4:00 pm and Friday 7:30 am - 1:00 pm MST. You must pick up your item within three (3) business days of your payment. All payments must be made via PayPal or credit card. New Mexico Sales Tax will apply (7%).

*Tracking Numbers* As soon as we ship your item the tracking number is automatically uploaded to eBay and Paypal. You will also receive an email with this info to your registered eBay email address. If you do not receive this email, please check your eBay account to make sure it has your correct email address. Due to the high volume of sales, we cannot send you a separate eBay message with this information.
