They reached out to me the same day as ordering the box to let me know when I should expect it to be shipped out, and I received it earlier than the projected shipping date too. I was slightly concerned with damage during shipping, but not a single scratch on the box. It was packaged super well and very protected. I honestly couldn't be happier with the overall experience.
