We firmly believe in eBay's feedback system. To manage our feedback workload we use an automated feedback tool provided to us through our seller manager pro subscription with eBay. This program automatically leaves feedback when a customer leaves feedback for us. This is the most efficient method for our company to handle feedback. All orders placed at Conductor Carl are eligible for discounted shipping! For orders shipped within the continental US, you pay full shipping on the first item(highest shipping item), then only $1 for each additional item! Rates may vary for Alaskan and Hawaiian residents. See below for International rates. After you are done shopping, please send us a combined invoice request through your EBAY console and we will combine your shipping for you!

Your shipping payment does not include insurance. Insurance is optional for every item that you purchase. We advise you to purchase insurance to protect against damage or lost packages.

We will ship your product by a variety of methods. We typically analyze your whole order and determine which method will enable you to receive your package in the most efficient manner!

We use USPS on most of our small orders. We typically use a First Class Service on very light items. We use USPS Priority Service on medium sized orders. When your order is Bulky or Heavy we will often send your package by UPS. The ultimate decision to decide whether to send an item via UPS or USPS will also depend on your location within the United States.

Our warehouse is centrally located in Indianapolis, IN. However, many of our shipments to the West Coast will be shipped in Priority envelopes to speed up your delivery. Priority has stated shipping times of 2-3 days but it is not guaranteed. The other services all vary depending on location. If you have any concerns about the shipping method we have described please call us at 1-888-765-3740 and we will offer different options.

Overnight and second day air service is available. Please us at 1-888-765-3740 to arrange for this expedited service and to also receive price quotation.

We ship packages from our warehouse every day. Handling time often depends on the time of day your payment is received. Many items will receive same day shipping and rarely will items ever ship later than 2 business days after payment is received. You will receive an email letting you know when your item has been shipped.

You may or may not receive delivery confirmation service through the USPS. This will be determined based on the total order weight. We do offer a tracking service on our UPS shipments. For orders using UPS your tracking information will be emailed to you at the time of shipment.

 
 

Conductor Carl ships internationally. Each auction has the international shipping rates quoted within the listing. We often send international items in USPS Priority Envelopes which typically arrive from 10-24 days once we ship them. Please note we can't control delays in your Country's customs clearing process or ultimate delivery by your local postal system. This is why the delivery estimate range is wide spread.

We are pleased to be able to offer combined shipping discounts to our international buyers! For our friends in Canada, you will pay full international shipping for the first item(highest shipping price item) and only $2 for each additional item! For our friends in all other countries, you pay full international shipping on the first item (highest shipping price item) and only $3 for each additional item!

We unfortunately can not accommodate request to mark your item as a "gift" or to mark your item's value down to unreasonable levels. When we mark your item's value on the custom forms, we try to mark them down to our cost. This is as low as we are allowed to go when preparing the customs forms. As a company we are unwilling to accept the risks that go along with misrepresenting the package contents on the customs forms.

 
 

PayPal

Conductor Carl prefers for our customers to pay with PayPal. We also ask that all customers pay within 3 days of winning their auction. An eBay invoice will be emailed to you shortly after you win your item with directions on how to pay by PayPal. You can also pay through your eBay console. You simply find the item you won and select "pay for this item". Also, eBay will prompt you for payment immediately after you win a "Buy It Now" auction.

Conductor Carl also accepts money orders. Please make you money order payable to: BryBelly Holdings Inc. Please enclose a note detailing the item you purchased, your shipping address, your eBay user name, the eBay item number and your home phone number. You will be presented with our address information after you win you auction and select your payment method. We have a generous return policy. We accept any unopened merchandise as a return up to 30 days after you have won your item(s). No questions asked. The buyer must pay for the shipping back to BryBelly Holdings Inc. Once the return is received and inspected, we will refund the total price less a 20% restocking fee.  This fee covers our original shipping & handling costs (Remember, we ship for free), plus the administrative cost of processing the return.  Simply call our customer service hotline at 1-888-765-3740 to arrange for your return.

With any return we ask for a note to accompany the package. Please include your phone number, your eBay name, the eBay item number of the return, the amount you paid, and your email address.
