Please note -  due to P.O. rate increases Flat Rate Priority envelopes are $5.75 in the US, $11.75 in Can/Mex and all other International (overseas) Flat rate ENVELOPES are now $13.75.  I can fit up to 4 yds flannel or 6 yards regular cotton in these. For larger quanities of fabric, flat rate BOXES  are available also, and range from $13.-$50.  I am in the process of updating listings to reflect this.   I am not responsible for Customs delays/fees.
