Payments are due within 7 days of auction end date or 'buy it now' sale date. Please contact us imediately via email if you will be sending a money order or cashiers check.

We offer our customers several ways to pay for their item. We prefer PayPal due to its simplicity. If you dont have a PayPal account, other options are listed below.

PayPal - We accept any form of payment that PayPal accepts. To use PayPal, click the "Pay Now With PayPal" logo located in the auction.

Credit Cards - We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. You must call us with your card in hand, the item number and the final amount of the auciton at (602) 269-3271 or (323) 826-0965. Please tell our customer support staff member who answers the phone that you are calling to pay for an auction you have won.

Money Orders / Cashiers Check - When paying with a money order or cashiers check, please include a note or copy of the email notification which shows the item number and final amount of the auciton.All money orders and/or cashiers checks should be sent to:

Sales Tax:
We charge 8.25% Sales Tax to all items being shipped within California.

All items are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise arranged by customer and approved by us.

Continental United States:
The shipping costs stated in the auction are based on UPS Ground to any location within the continental United States. If you want the item delivered to anywhere else, please refer to the information below.

All Other Locations (Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, International):
We will consider shipping to other locations via our UPS account. Please contact us via email for a shipping quote. In order to provide an accurate quote, we will need your full address and the exact item you want shipped.

**Important** Dimensional Weight:
Due to the size of the radiator boxes, most carriers charge by ‘dimensional’ weight instead of using the actually weight of the package.  So even though you may be buying a radiator that weights 15 lbs, UPS could charge for 54 lbs.

Lead Times:
Items will be shipped as soon as possible after payment is received. In some cases, it may take 1 - 3 weeks to ship once payment is received. Due to the numerous configurations in which a radiator can be ordered for any given car, its is impossible to have everything in stock. We do stock popular radiator configurations for each car to help shorten lead-times. If you need a radiator ASAP, please contact us to find out if its in stock before bidding.

To receive a stock check, please email us or call us at (602) 269-3271. The following information will help us in determining which radiator you need.

• The name of the auction you are interested in
• Year, Make & Model of Car
• Original engine size
• Automatic or Standard
• Material you want (Aluminum or Copper/Brass)
• Rows needed (2, 3 or 4 Row)
• Core Type (Standard Automotive or High Efficiency)

If you dont have all this information, go ahead and call us and we can help you figure out what you need.

Combined Shipping:
In some cases we can combine shipping and will do our best to do this, but obviously we cant combine 2 radiators. We can however combine shipping when ordering a shroud with a radiator.

All sales are final but we will work with any reasonable request. All radiators, except where noted, carry a 1 year warranty against manufacturers defects.

If the radiator is damaged during shipping, we will help you get it replaced. However, if you damage the radiator during installation or because you forot to tighten your fan and the blades chewed up the core, we will feel badly for you, but thats about it.
