I do my very best to describe each item as honestly and thoroughly as possible. I will let you know about any problems that may exist with an item as clearly as I can.

If you are not pleased with the item for any reason, you can return it to me for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

I will keep you informed about the status of your item(s). When an item is shipped, I will e-mail you and provide a Delivery Confirmation number when that service is included. As a service to my customers, I include Delivery Confirmation on all packages shipped within the United States. If that option is not available for whatever reason, I will let you know.

I strive to ship each item within 48 hours of receiving payment via Pay Pal. Most items are shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment. Items paid for with money orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving payment.

Items paid for with a personal check will be shipped after the check has cleared.

I never charge a handling fee. On smaller items I use a flat rate shipping charge; shipping charges on larger items will vary depending on the weight of the item and its final destination. For international buyers, I try to send items via USPS International First Class Mail. If an item is larger or more costly, I will ask international buyers to purchase the International Priority Mail service from the USPS. This service provides a little protection for both me and the international buyer.
