Exchange An Order:
If we determine an exchange is appropriate we will do so for another item of equal value, provided that you pay all shipping costs incurred during the exchange. If you require an item of greater value, additional charges will apply. If you wish to exchange an item, it must be in its orginal packaging and properly packaged for resell. If there is a problem with your order due to a mistaken shipment, Defective items can only be exchanged for the same item and not entitled for a refund. If an item is damaged we must be notified immediately within 24 hours from receipt of shipment.
Return An Order:
All authorized, inspected and approved returns are subject to a 25% product restocking fee. Unauthorized returns will not be processed or issued for refunds.
Undeliverable Orders: Refused or undeliverable shipments will be subject to a product restocking fee of 25%, plus incurred shipping costs both ways.
Order Cancellation:Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be cancelled. If the item(s)is on backorder and unable to ship, you may cancel the order if it is still on backorder status. Emails can be accepted as a form of cancellation but I must confirm that it has been recieved by us.
