| A:We accept returns from Canada and US. We issue store credit for the amount of the purchase plus shipping. Items must be returned in resellable condition including the original box. Do not put tape or labels directly on the shoe box. Addtl details on the return policy page of our ebay store.

| A:We do combine shipping. We reduce the shipping charge on every item after the first by $5. To combine shipping, wait until all items are finished before visiting checkout or paying. All items will be automatically comined and shipping adjusted during checkout. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:We ship virtually all orders within one business day of receiving payment and many the same day. US orders are shipped Priority Mail or UPS equivalent for approx. 3 day delivery time. International orders, First Class takes 2-3 weeks, Priority Mail takes about 10 days. |
