A:We accept returns from Canada and US. We issue store credit for the amount of the purchase plus shipping. Items must be returned in resellable condition including the original box. Q:Do you combine shipping? How do I combine shipping?
A:We do combine shipping. We reduce the shipping charge on every item after the first by $5. To combine shipping, wait until all items are finished before visiting checkout or paying. All items will be automatically comined and shipping adjusted during checkout.
Q:When can I expect my order to arrive?
A:We ship virtually all orders within one business day of receiving payment and many the same day. US orders are shipped Priority Mail or UPS equivalent for approx. 3 day delivery time. International orders, First Class takes 2-3 weeks, Priority Mail takes about 10 days.
