  A: If you wait to pay until you have made all your purchases and all auctions you are bidding on have ended, the system will combine them for you automatically. Just go to pay for the last item and it will add all the others onto the same order and adjust your shipping during the checkout.

 Q: Can I return my purchase?
  A: Items need to be returned right away. Return expense is the resposiblity of buyer. If exchanging, we will cover the shipping expense for the exchange (or store credit) item to you. If you do not want store credit or exchange, we can instead refund the purchase price, not including the shipping. Details are in the return section of the listing.

 Q: What is the differnce between expedited and priority mail shipping to Canada, the price is the same?
  A: The priority mail service is for all worldwide locations, so it includes Canada and shows up in their shipping options at checkout. The expedited service is a faster service but is the same price because it is only available for Canada, not worldwide.
 Q: How do you ship international packages?
  A: Standard shipping to Canada is through USPS priority mail or FedEx Air service. Expedited shipping to Canada is through USPS Express mail or FedEx Expedited air service. All other international shipping is through USPS Priority mail service.
 Q: What is my US size?
  A: To convert from US sizes to EUR, just add 30. US size 6 is EUR 36, US size 7.5 is EUR 37.5, etc. For other countries, it is best to use the eBay size chart and check the measurements given in either cm or inches. There is a link to the sizing chart in the description of the item.

  A: We accept returns from Canada and US. We issue store credit for the amount of the purchase plus shipping. Items must be returned in resellable condition including the original box.
