Return Policy and Procedure
We gladly accept returns for exchange under the following terms and conditions:
1. All items must be returned in unworn/resellable condition, walk on carpeted surfaces so as not to scuff the soles.
2. All items must be returned in the original shoe/boot box. Do not put tape or shipping labels directly on the box. Items returned with tape or labels on the box will be subject to a $5 restocking fee.
3. Items must be posted back to us within 5 days of receipt. Under no circumstances will returns be accepted by us more than 30 days after auction end.
4. US and Canada customers, we will issue store credit for the full purchase price and ship the exchange item free. Cost of returning the item to us is the responsiblity of the buyer.
5. International customers, we will issue store credit for the full purchase price. All shipping costs are the responsiblity of the buyer.

7. Enclose the return form or a note with the original item number and your desired exchange. If you have not selected an exchange item yet, we will just send you an email with your store credit amount and instructions on how to redeem the store credit when we receive the items back.
8. To redeem store credit, email us with the item number and we will process the order for you, it is not necessary to bid on or buy the item.
9. We will file for a mutual agreement on ebay to not complete the first sale. This will not affect your ebay rating, it simply allows us to cancel the ebay transaction so that the item does not show up as unpaid.
