SHIPPING PROCEDURES
In most cases, we ship within one day of receiving your order and we always email you a tracking number so you can view its progress and estimated delivery date. If you do not get an email confirmation within a few days, please check your Bulk Mail folder or your email spam filter.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes so please provide a physical address with your order.
WARRANTIES
We carry only brand new products with full manufacturer warranties. All warranties are between the manufacturer and you, the customer. Detailed warranty information is included with each item. We do not sell any used, demonstrator or refurbished items. CoolShinyStuff makes no warranty expressed or implied. Liability shall be limited to the replacement or reimbursement as defined herein. No other expressed or implied warranty shall exist.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to our extremely low profit margin we must maintain a strict return policy. We therefore ask that you be absolutely certain that you want the products you order. If you are unsure and would like to order a product to try it out, please do not order from CoolShinyStuff as you will not be able to return it.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted without prior authorization. Returns and exchanges will be accepted only if the product has not been used. All authorized returns must be shipped prepaid and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. You will have 14 days from receipt of your order in which you may return it for a refund or exchange. Shipping charges will not be refunded and return-shipping costs must be prepaid by the customer.
All items that we carry are brand new and covered by their manufacturers' warranties. In the unlikely case you receive an items that is defective, please contact the manufacturer and they will be able to assist you.
If you receive an item that has been damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately to make arrangements for an exchange. |
