VERY DISAPPOINTED. Looked like attractive product but arrived WITHOUT proper packaging and damaged. Seller says it's my problem with the shipper. If this is customer service, who needs them as an EBay Seller? Packaging appears as though it came from supplier in China, but NOT correct to ship sensitive toner cartridges across country banging against each other. If you want to make a bet of $ 117 that they will get to you and still function, good luck. Otherwise it's your problem, NOT the Seller.
