 Q: I am in another country, how long will I receive my order?
  A: It is not easy to provide accurate information of the transit time for international orders, as there are two postal systems that are at work in this situation. However, our experience shows that orders going to Canada are received within 14-20 business days from shipping date, and between three to six weeks for orders going to other countries.
 Q: What are your business hours?
  A: We are open Mondays thru Fridays from 9:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. Pacific Time. We are closed on weekends and national holidays.
 Q: You auction states that the video game you are selling are brand new and factory-sealed, why did you send me a "shrink-wrapped" and not Y-Fold sealed game?
  A: Please note that shrink-wrapped games are original and factory-sealed provided they have the vertical seam running approximately center across the back of the game.
 Q: You auction said that the video game you are selling are brand new and factory-sealed, why did you send me a game that does not have sticker on the game?
  A: Please note that not all legitimate or original games come with stickers. There are originally produced games that do not bear these stickers.
 Q: Your store and customer service are awesome and I want to continue buying from you. How can I easily do this?
  A: Thank you very much! We do our best to be the best for our buyers. You can either add us to your favorite sellers list, or bookmark our ebay store which can be found at http://stores.ebay.com/cordoliogamesandaccessories.
 Q: I already paid, but eBay is still asking me to pay. What can I do to resolve this?
  A: This means that your payment was not automatically credited to our account. We can correct this by manually tracking your payment. Email us at help@cordolio.com with your Paypal Unique Transaction Number or the last 4 digits of the credit/debit card you used.
 Q: What is the condition of the items up for auction/sale?
  A: We always list the condition of items that we have up for sale or auction. We encourage all our valuable bidders/buyers to read our auctions' details in their entirety.
 Q: How fast do you ship out orders?
  A: We ship everyday and orders that come in before 9:00 A.M. Pacific are shipped the same business day. Orders received after 9:00 A.M. Pacific are shipped the following business day.
 Q: What payment methods do you accept?
  A: We provide our customers with a variety of payment options, including Paypal, Visa and Mastercard credit or debit cards. Paypal is our preferred payment method and Paypal accepts funding from checking accounts, credit and debit cards, and MoneyPak.
 Q: How do I return a USED item I bought from your store?
  A: We only offer replacements for used items. Simply email us at help@cordolio.com about what the issue with your purchase is and we will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us for replacement. Please note that we do not offer refunds for used items.
 Q: How do I return a NEW item I bought from your store?
  A: New items can be returned for replacement or refund within 30-days. Simply email us at help@cordolio.com and we will provide you with instructions on how to go about this.
 Q: Who is responsible for return shipping fees?
  A: We provide our clients with prepaid shipping labels to send us back items without incurring costs for our customers if we are in error. If the error isn't of our making then the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
 Q: What is your Refund Policy?
  A: Refunds are provided only for NEW items, and other than our error, all refunds are subject to the following deductions: (a) Cost of shipping the item/s to buyer, and (b) $3.00 or 15% of the cost of items whichever is higher to cover restocking fees.
 Q: Do you have a warranty for your items?
  A: Almost all purchases from our store are covered with a 30-day replacement warranty. If there are issues that you are having with your purchase from us simply email us at help@cordolio.com and we will be thorough in addressing your issue and providing a sensible solution.
 Q: What is the video format of your games?
  A: All of our games are in NTSC (U.S.A. - Canada) format. Please make sure to check your format requirements as we are unable to accept returns that are due to format incompatibility. Please note that this does not apply to PSP and PS3 games as these games do not have region restrictions.
 Q: How quick can I expect you to reply to my emails?
  A: We work hard to provide speedy answers to your questions which we usually do within one to two business days. Please take note that we do not have offices on weekends so please take this into consideration when expecting our replies to your inquiries.
 Q: I live in or near L.A. Can I pick up my order instead?
  A: We are unable to offer pickup transactions at the moment, as our packaging and shipping departments are not set up to accept walkins for safety and secutiry reasons.
 Q: I am in the USA, how long will it take to get my item?
  A: If you are in the USA and have opted for US Bargain shipping you can expect to receive your order within 3-11 business days 1-5 business days if you selected fast shipping.
 Q: Do you offer combined Shipping? How does it work?
  A: Absolutely! We do offer combined shipping, and how it works is that the first item ships full-price, while succeeding items ships at approximately 20% less than full price.
 Q: I am in another country; Does the price I pay you already include customs duties and taxes?
  A: Different countries differ in the way imported materials are handled. Our prices do not include customs duties and taxes so please make sure that you make the necessary arrangements for this, as buyers are responsible to pay for customs duties and taxes.
 Q: Where do you ship from?
  A: We ship every business day from Los Angeles, CA 90013.
 Q: How much does it cost to ship to my country?
  A: For orders with individual items only, simply click the "shipping & payments" tab, and look for your country. Once you have highlighted your country, click "get rates" and you will see how much it is to ship the item to you.
 Q: Do you collect sales tax?
  A: We are required to collect sales tax if your shipping address is in California. The current sales tax rate is 9.75%.
 Q: What is your policy in giving buyers feedbacks?
  A: We believe that providing feedback to customers is a way of showing our customers that we sincerely value their business and we automatically give positive feedback on the day their orders are shipped.
 Q: After winning an auction or committing to buy an item, how many days do I have to make a payment for my purchase?
  A: You have seven calendar days to complete payment for your purchase.
 Q: What happens if I am unable to pay for my purchase within seven calendar days?
  A: Our post-sales system is automated, and we regularly send out emails reminding our buyers when they need to pay and how they can easily manage this. However, if we are not in receipt of the payment after seven days, our system initiates the filing of an unpaid item case with eBay and buyers are also notified of this.
 Q: Can I still complete a transaction after if an unpaid item case is filed?
  A: Certainly! We encourage and always work with our customers. Simply email us at help@cordolio.com with whatever payment concerns you have and we will have someone in our staff work with you personally to assist you.
 Q: How can I give you feedback?

 Q: How can I pay with Paypal or Credit Card?
  A: Please login to your eBay account and click on "Won" on the left hand side. Find the item you want to pay for and to the right of it click on "pay now" and follow the steps. Please do not go directly through Paypal for Paypal payments.
 Q: Do you combine shipping?
  A: Yes. Order your items as you usually would and at the end, go to your "My eBay" page, click on "Won/Purchased" link in the left navigation bar. In this page you should have one "Pay Now" link that allows you to pay for all the items you purchased from us and get the necessary shipping discount.
 Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charges?
  A: It is listed in the auction's page, below "Shipping Info"
 Q: I bought few items can you please email me with the discounted combined shipping?
  A: In order to get your discounted shipping, after you have won/purchased, go to your "My eBay" page, click on "Won/Purchased" link in the left navigation bar. In this page you should have one "Pay Now" link that allows you to pay for all the items you purchased from us and get the necessary shipping discount.
 Q: Can you send me an invoice?
  A: To get your total and make a payment go to your "My eBay" page, click on "Won/Purchased" link in the left navigation bar. Click on "Pay Now" link next to the item you like to pay for.
 Q: Which countries do you ship to?
