Although there isn’t much in communication, they more than make up for it with service, turn around time and so far reliably. The upper oven on my in wall double oven was locking the door and going into cleaning mode burning food. Repair companies told me to just replace it. My son in law recommended this company and I took a shot at it. They saved me or at least postponed for me buying a new double oven for somewhere between $4,000 and 5K. So far so good. When the electronic board for my stove arrived there was a note inside stating I would need 2 additional electronic boards to be able to use the one that cost $220. I spoke on the phone with a company rep who is going to pass my concern and questions to an engineer at the company and email me back hopefully today as I only have until May 3 to return the product to get a refund. I wish the company had emailed me prior to sending the part so I would not have to spend time and money to find out
