I messed up. I told the seller I did not receive the item when I actually had. Long story short, I received a different item but the actual item was there, it was a lithograph that was folded and my image was on the inside. I could not even see the fold. I complained and the seller was nice about everything. I was in the wrong and the correct item arrived quickly and on time and was in PERFECT condition, even though it was almost 150 years old. This seller is amazing and deserves a medal!
