| A:Because of the nature of our products, returns are decided on a case by case basis. All items are checked before they are shipped to ensure a perfect item. If there are any problems please email us right away and we will always do our best to ensure “5 Star” Experience! |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Absolutely! Our policy is: Heaviest item is full price and each additional item for US & Canada are ONLY .75 each and International is ONLY $1.75 per additional item!! Please wait for an invoice to ensure you receive the proper shipping amount!! |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:We ship as soon as we possibly can!!! We know that you want to start to enjoy your purchase right away! Please keep in mind that that delivery time is dependent on the mood of the postal system!! We always provide tracking numbers for items sent within the US for easy tracking! |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:We use the shipping calculator to ensure the closest shipping price possible. It is an additional $.75 for each item shipped within the US or Canada and an additional $1.75 for additional items internationally. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:We ship worldwide with the exception of Germany. We offer two choices Global Priority and 1st class international. Shipping is required for all international purchases and purchases equal to $150.00 or more must sent registered mail. |
| Q:Are you products brand new and unused or tested? |

| A:ABSOLUTELY!! Used cosmetics YUCK!!! All of our items are brand new. Many may be without boxes and could even be scratched or dented because of NOT having a box but they have absolutely never been used on anyone! Each item is checked carefully before it is shipped out to you! |
| Q:Are your products authentic? |

| A:YES!! We sell only brand new Authentic products. Please however keep in mind that many items are made for different markets/countries so sometimes the packaging may be different than what you may buy here in the states. |
| Q:Do you charge Tax? |

| A:Items shipping within Arizona State are subject to an 7.85% sales tax charge. |
| Q:Do you take special orders? |
|
| A:We can. It doesnt mean that we will absolutely be able to get the item though. In the cosmetics resale world many times the items that we carry we wont be able to get again. So we will try the best that we can. |
| Q:Can you mark an item as a GIFT on international customs forms? |

| A:We can not mark items as “gift” on customs forms. Per Title 18 U.S.C 1001 of the USPS which summarized says : Furnishing false information on the customs form may result in a fine of not more than $10,000 or imprisonment of not more than 5 years or both. Information on the form will be used to satisfy reporting requirements for customs purposes. |
| Q:Can you lower the price of the items on customs forms? |

| A:We realize that other countries do charge duty taxes when merchandise is sent internationally. However we can not lower the prices on the customs forms for two reasons. 1. | Q:Will I be charged any customs fees? |

| A:It is possible. Each country is different and the amount they let in "tax free" is different. Check with your local post office to see what the limit is and how much you can expect to pay |
| Q:Who pays the custom fees? |
|
| A:The BUYER pays any and all customs fees for their package. Many people ask for us to lower the price on the customs form or mark it as a gift. We do not do this as it does constitute mail fraud. The customs fee will have to be paid before the post office will let you take your package. Please contact your local post office for rates. |

| Q:What forms of payment do you accept? |
