How much is shipping?
Shipping is posted in each individual listing on Ebay. You can find the rates underneath the specific item's description in every listing.
Do you combine shipping?
Typical rates for extra item shipping to U.S. are only $.075 more per pound for standard shipping and most items only weigh 1-2 pounds. 2nd Day and Next Day rates are $2 to $3 more per extra item.
Do you accept returns and exchanges?
YES. We will gladly accept returns on most items, please reference our return policy for complete rules. Exchanges are handled as returns with a repurchase.
How do I know what size will fit me?
We have spent a lot of time developing the industries most complete sizing charts that are specific to each listing. If you are in between sizes it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO GO ONE SIZE UP.
When will you ship my order?
All orders are processed in the order received and leave within 1 business day. Next Day Air and 2nd Day air orders are shipped the same day if paid by 2pm Pacific.
How do I track my order?
At time of shipping your tracking number will be emailed to you at your registered Ebay email address.
Do you have this item in another size?
Each item is listed in the sizes that the we carry it in.
Examples: If a costume is listed in 3 sizes then those are the only 3 sizes it comes in.
Do you discount your items?
No. We do our best to offer the lowest overall prices on all items we sell. We run a promotion at the end of Halloween.
Do you have a location where I can try on and pick up the item?
No.
