+ U.S. law prohibits submitting false or misleading Customs information. We cannot accommodate requests to mark any shipments as a gift.

Shipping and handling fess are provided on each listing.

The fees may differ from the standard policy which is provided as a guideline. The shipping and handling on the listing is applicable, not the standard policy fees.

Calculated shipping may sometimes not work (due to issues with eBay and USPS software). In those cases, please do NOT assume that the standard policy applies.

Confirmed Address
If you are a buyer with less than 10 feedback and will be using PayPal, please make sure that your address is
confirmed before bidding. This will help prevent delays in our shipping department.  If you are a domestic customer, we ship via USPS.  Please make sure that the zip code you put on the shipping address is compliant with USPS shipping services.

Payment
Payment must be received within 3 business days of auction ending.  If you plan on bidding on other auctions
or eBay store items, please send an email indicating this.

If you are paying by check or money order, please send an email when mailed. Checks take up to 7 business
days to clear. Item(s) will be shipped after bank clearance.

Special Requests
1. Ship to an address not specified on Ebay or PayPal transaction.  Please send request via the purchased item listing.  It is the best method to ensure that request is seen before item is shipped.  If requests are made in a different manner, we cannot be responsible if we do not see the request.

2.  Request for a size different than stated on listing.  If the item has not shipped, we may be able to send the size requested.  But please note that all listings state the size that will be sent.  Please bid only on the item and correct size that you desire.

We ship using USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise stated on the listing. Shipping service used is based on the weight of the package.

Please note that estimated delivery is 2-5 business days, depending on the shipping service used.

Unless specified and explicitly stated, shipping methods used do NOT offer a guaranteed delivery date.  Only estimated delivery dates are provided.

Domestic shipping includes shipping to APO/AFO addresses and P.O. Boxes.  But the estimated delivery for USPS shipping services will be longer than normal. Items that may be shipped via UPS cannot be shipped to APO/AFO or P.O. Boxes.

Domestic shipping to U.S. Territories, Alaska, or Hawaii will usually be longer than the estimated delivery of
2-3 days.

Tax
Texas destinations will be charged 8.25% sales tax.

We ship all international packages that are under 4 pounds via USPS First-Class Mail International. Insurance is NOT available for this service.

We will ship via USPS Priority Mail International only if the item(s) weigh more than 4 pounds. Tracking and insurance is available for these shipments for some major destinations and cities deemed by USPS.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.

Express Mail International: Estimate of 5-8 business days (depends on destination). Tracking is available.

No guaranteed delivery date except for Australia, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Great Britain, Northern Ireland, Spain (except Canary Islands), South Korea.

Combined shipping is available if more than one auction or eBay store item is purchased or won within a 7 day
period. The item with the greater shipping price is used.  Then a discounted shipping fee for the 2nd item is
added. 

If there is a 3rd or greater amount of items purchased, each item will incur a discounted shipping fee. The
discounted fee depends on the additional item shipped.

Requirements
Payment must be received within 3 business days of winning an auction or a Buy It Now store listing.  If you are planning on bidding on other auctions or eBay store items, please send an email indicating this and wait to pay.  We will combine invoices and provide the discounted shipping.

All domestic packages (within the continental U.S. 48 States) will have a delivery confirmation # associated with
it. An automatically generated email is sent to the buyer with the delivery confirmation # when the shipping label for a transaction is printed. 

Delivery confirmation only provides a confirmation of the delivery date and time once the article has
been delivered and scanned at the Post Office of addressee - it does not provide detailed tracking through the mail
system.

International packages shipped using USPS Priority Mail International shipping service will have tracking only to major destinations designated by USPS.

Items shipped with USPS First Class Mail International will NOT have tracking.

All sales are final. 

All items sold are brand new from the manufacturer, unless otherwise indicated on specific auction or store listing.

Sizing information is provided for each item by the manufacturer.  Additional measurements for specific items
may be on the description page.  If unsure of the size to purchase, please email via eBay your question(s). 

Only exchanges will be given for defective merchandise or if incorrect item is shipped.  Please send notification of defective merchandise within 3 days of receipt of item(s).

If you do receive a defective or incorrect item, please email us immediately. We will send a prepaid return envelope and request return within 5 business days. A replacement will be exchanged and sent to you within 5 business days once we receive the returned item. 

Shipping and handling charges are not returnable.

We cannot provide an exchange if returned item is missing items, not in original packing, worn, or used.

If we receive unauthorized returns, we will refund the cost of product minus a $5.00 reprocessing fee. The original shipping fee & handling is not refundable.
