Buyer Requirements
Confirmed Address
Please make sure that the ship to address is correct on your order.  We ship via USPS, United States Postal Service.  Please make sure that the postal code you put on the shipping address is compliant with USPS shipping services.

Payment
Unless immediate payment is required, payment must be made within 3 business days of purchase.

Urgent Requests
Please call immediately, 512-458-2612.  Because we ship the same day (if received by 2pm CST), your order may ship before we see an email change request

Change Ship to Address:  We can change a ship to address to the same country
Change size/color/item:  If the item has not shipped and we have the requested item in stock, we will be more than happy to exchange an item.

USA Shipping
We ship the same day, if cleared payment is received by 2pm CST (Austin, TX)

Economy Shipping
First Class Mail:   3-4 days for arrival to most zip codes in the Continental USA.
Parcel Post:        5-10 days for arrival to most zip codes in the Continental USA.

Expedited Shipping
Priority Mail:       2-3 days for arrival to most zip codes in the Continental USA.

Overnight Shipping(most destinations)

Priority Mail Express:  Overnight delivery to many, but NOT all zip codes in the Continental USA. 

If you need assurance for overnight delivery please provide zip code and we can give you the most accurate informationPlease note that by default, we waive the signature.  This is the only service that offers a guaranteed 1 or 2 day delivery date. 

We do ship to APO’s.  We recommend selecting Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express.  Items shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories usually take longer than estimated shipping times.

Tax
Texas deliveries will be charged 8.25% sales tax.


International Shipping
We ship the same day, if cleared payment is received by 2pm CST (Austin, TX)

USPS Express Mail or USPS Global Express Mail may offer a guaranteed delivery date. The economical international shipping methods may arrive at the earliest estimated date or they may arrive a little later. If the item is required by a specific date, we highly recommend selecting one of these services.

** Please contact your customs office to determine if there will be any applicable customs/duty/tax that may be assessed on the value of the item(s). It is the responsibility of the recipient.

First Class International
2-4 weeks estimated delivery time. Tracking is NOT available.

Priority Mail International
1-2 weeks estimated delivery time. Tracking is available.

Priority Mail Express
5-10 days estimated delivery time for most international destinations.  Tracking is available. A guaranteed delivery date is offered with this service for some countries:  Australia, Canada, China,
Belgium, Brazil, Croatia, Denmark, France (does not include Corsica and Monaco), Great Britain and Ireland, Israel, Netherlands, New Zealand Hong Kong, Japan, Republic of Korea (South Korea), Singapore, Spain (does not include Canary Islands), Sweden, Switzerland.

Shipping Discounts
We do offer discounted shipping for multiple items purchased. But because immediate payment is required for each item, you will be asked by the checkout software to pay the shipping postage for each item.

To receive accurate discounted shipping postage for multiple items shipped together please do the following:

  1. Add items into your eBay Shopping Cart by clicking on the “Add to cart” button.  Do NOT click on “Buy it Now

 

  1. When you are done shopping, make sure you are in your ebay Shopping Cart.

  2. Email us the list of items you would like to purchase and request a shipping  quote.  Please note that the item(s) are not reserved under your account.  The item(s) can sell to another customer who pays immediately.
  1. We will then respond with an accurate quote on the shipping postage.  At that time, you can “Buy it Now” and pay for the items.
  1. Then you must follow up and request that we refund the overpayment of postage.  (We are working on a more automatic solution for the future, but if you do not follow this step, we in customer service may not realize that you went forward with the purchase.)

USA Customers
Shipping postage is calculated by weight.  Multiple items purchased at the same time are automatically discounted (based on total weight). 

The shipping software may err and add shipping postage for each individual item.  If you believe that the shipping postage is incorrectly calculated, please contact us and we will review and determine if there was an overpayment of shipping postage.  We will refund any overpayment.

International Customers
Shipping postage is calculated by weight.  Multiple items purchased at the same time are automatically discounted (based on total weight). 

(If the combined weight of the items is greater than 4 lbs, we cannot offer the economical shipping method, USPS First Class Package Service. All orders weighing more than 4 lbs must be shipped via USPS Priority or Priority Mail Express.

The shipping software may err and add shipping postage for each individual item.  If you believe that the shipping postage is incorrectly calculated, please contact us and we will review and determine if there was an overpayment of shipping postage.  We will refund any overpayment.

Return Policy
If for any reason you do not absolutely love your selection(s), please contact us for your return/exchange options.

Returns & exchanges are accepted for items that are unworn and smoke free. A 15% restocking fee is deducted for all returns.  If the returned item came with free shipping, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted in addition to the restocking fee. The 15% restocking fee is waived for exchanges as long as another size or item of equal or greater value is selected for shipment. Return shipping and reshipment fees are paid for by buyer.

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN or EXCHANGE:
-Items that have been worn (rips, tears, dirty, missing tags, body odor, smoke.)
-Items with broken manufacturer seals.
-Original packaging or components missing.
-Sale/clearance items

Return Exclusions:
