+ ONLY USPS Express International shipping method offers a guaranteed delivery date to the following countries (Please contact us for guaranteed delivery date or you can go to www.usps.com and use zipcode 78703): Australia, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Great Britain, Northern Ireland, Spain (except Canary Islands), South Korea

+ First Class Package International Service to Canada now provides Delivery Confirmation and is included in the price of shipping.

+ All other international shipping methods do NOT offer a guaranteed delivery date nor tracking. If you need tracking or a specific delivery date, please choose USPS Express International shipping. Neither USPS First Class Package International Service or USPS Priority Mail International do NOT offer a guaranteed delivery date.  USPS Priority Mail International does provide tracking. + Due to our international shipping agreements we are unable to submit false or misleading customs information. We won't under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms.

+ Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company and collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
 
+ Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

USPS Express Mail does NOT offer guaranteed overnight delivery to all destinations in the USA. It is either 1 business day or 2 business days. If unsure, please contact us for the most accurate quote.

The fees may differ from the standard policy which is provided as a guideline. The shipping and handling on the listing is applicable, not the standard policy fees.

Calculated shipping may sometimes not work (due to issues with eBay and USPS software). In those cases, please do NOT assume that the standard policy applies.

Confirmed Address
If you are a buyer with less than 10 feedback and will be using PayPal, please make sure that your address is
confirmed before bidding. This will help prevent delays in our shipping department.  If you are a domestic customer, we ship via USPS.  Please make sure that the zip code you put on the shipping address is compliant with USPS shipping services.

Payment
Payment must be received within 3 business days of purchase.

Special Requests
1. Ship to an address not specified on Ebay or PayPal transaction.  Please send request via the purchased item listing.  It is the best method to ensure that request is seen before item is shipped.  If requests are made in a different manner, we cannot be responsible if we do not see the request.

2.  Request for a size different than stated on listing.  If the item has not shipped, we may be able to send the size requested.  To ensure you get the item/size you require please bid only on the item and correct size that you desire.

ECONOMY SHIPPING
First Class Mail:   3-4 days for arrival to most zip codes in the Continental USA.
Parcel Post:        5-10 days for arrival to most zip codes in the Continental USA.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Priority Mail:       2-3 days for arrival to most zip codes in the Continental USA.

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING (most destinations)
Express Mail:     Overnight delivery to many, but NOT all zip codes in the Continental USA.  Trackable.  If you need assurance for overnight delivery please provide zip code and we can give you the most accurate information.  Please note that a signature will be required upon delivery. This is the only service that offers a guaranteed 1 or 2 day delivery date. 

We do ship to APO’s.  We recommend selecting Priority Mail or Express.  Items shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories usually take longer than estimated shipping times.

Tax
Texas destinations will be charged 8.25% sales tax.

Shipping Options - International

USPS Express Mail or USPS Global Express Mail are the only international shipping options that may offer a guaranteed delivery date and/or tracking.   The economical international shipping methods may arrive at the earliest estimated date or they may arrive a little later.  If the item is required by a specific date, we highly recommend selecting one of these services.

First Class Package Service International:  2-4 weeks estimated delivery time. Tracking is only available to Canadian customers (no other countries at this time provide tracking). This service is Not available for packages that weigh more than 4lbs.

Priority Mail International:  1-2 weeks estimated delivery time. Tracking is included.

Express Mail International:  5-10 days estimated delivery time for most international destinations. Insurance up to $200USD and tracking are automatically provided.  A guaranteed delivery date is NOT offered with this service to countries that are not included in the list at the top of the page.

Global Express Guaranteed International:   1-3 days for most international destinations.  Insurance up to $100USD and tracking are automatically provided.  A guaranteed delivery date IS offered.  (The delivery date is provided once the package is scanned in at the post office)

Starting price is $80USD+. We would need a destination postal code to determine exact cost and delivery date.

+ The shipping and handling that the customer pays with item, pays for the cost of postage to destination ONLY.

+ We are NOT responsible for any customs tax, duty, or brokerage fees that may result upon delivery of your item(s).

+ Please contact your customs office BEFORE bidding or purchasing. They will be able to inform you of any extra fees that may be charged depending on the cost and/or type of merchandise purchased. These fees are the buyer's responsibility.

We do offer discounted shipping for multiple items purchased and shipped together.

USA Customers:
We charge the shipping postage for the 1st item.  Each additional item has a discounted shipping fee of $2.95.

Canada Customers:
We charge the shipping postage for the 1st item.  Each additional item is calculated based on total weight. (If the combined weight of the items is greater than 4lbs, we cannot offer the economical shipping method, USPS First Class Mail.  If in doubt, please send the list of interested items and we will be more than happy to calculate the actual shipping postage)

International Customers:
We charge the shipping postage for the 1st item.  Each additional item is based on total weight.

3. We will send one invoice with the discounted shipping as communicated.  This will ensure that we ship all purchased items together.

Return Policy

Returns & exchanges are gladly accepted for items that are unworn and smoke free.  A 15% restocking fee is charged for all returns.  Actual shipping postage paid is not refundable.  Items returned that shipped using any Free Shipping promotion that are not re-ordered with items of equal or greater value than the original order will be charged the normal Standard shipping Fee in addition to the 15% restocking fee.  If the item meets the return eligibility, a refund will be processed per our policy.  The 15% restocking fee is waived for exchanges as long as another size or item of equal or greater value is shipped at a flat reshipment rate of $4.95.  Return shipping is paid for by buyer.

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN or EXCHANGE:
-Item has been worn (rips, tears, dirty, missing tags, body odor, smoke)
-Original packaging missing. Components are missing

Return Exclusions

+ Item is missing items, not in original packing, worn, or used.
+ Any pet costumes that have been opened and tried on
+ Lingerie items
+ Opened teeth products
+ Opened makeup
+ Items must come back smoke free

If we receive unauthorized returns, we will refund the cost of product minus a 15% restocking fee (cost). The original shipping fee & handling is not refundable.

Returned item has to be unworn with all accessories in original packaging from a smoke free environment. Else the item will be refused & returned to sender.
