WHERE TO FIND IT

BakingMixes/Culinary,Beverage, and Soup & Salad ~ These products are all natural and preservative free including our super selection of culinary extracts.  Recipes for the Country Farmouse baking mixes, salads, Sloppy Joe, chili, soups and all the others were developed and packaged with simplicity, time management, health and affordability in mind. Minimal if any, additional ingredients are needed to complete the recipes.  Great for college students, shut-ins, gifts and gift baskets and for quick prep dishes at home. 

Herbs and Spices are purchased by us in small quantities and packaged in zipper or tie cello bags or wraps to ensure freshness - if the aroma is penetrating the packaging, the freshness is escaping.  It's wonderful to be able to smell the rich aroma of herbs coming from a package, but the sad hard fact is that plastic is porous and if you can smell the contents, the herbs are losing freshness and quality.  Cello bags cost  us 3-4 times more than plastic, but they keep contents s.o.o.o.o.o much fresher- s.o.o.o.o.o... we use cello and still offer competitive pricing!  Most of our herbs are packaged in one ounce pkts,  but in some cases we are able to offer a better price per ounce by packaging in 2 oz pkgs that better utilizes the available space in our packets.  We will also happily give you quotes on larger sizes if you will email us your needs/wants.   Finally, compare our prices with those offered at your local supermarket and our freshness and quality with what you can get for a buck in the Dollar stores.  With gasoline prices what they are nowadays, in many cases  our shipping charges are far more reasonable than the price of your own transportation!

Botanicals, Decoratives and Seasonal/Special Occasion ~ Browse the store shelves in these sections If you're looking for natural materials to create your own decoratives, or home decoratives that are pre-made or seasonal. The Botanicals section also features hard to find herbs  that aren't listed in the culinary herbs/spices section.

The shelves in our Natural Alternatives section are stocked with pride. Essential oils and blends in glass amber bottles, are offered in a variety of sizes to allow customers to take advantage of a wide assortment of oils at cost effective prices.  Hot/Cold therapeutic packs are also offered in various sizes and shapes.  We offer just plain corn saks without herbs or with replaceable herbal inserts that are truly therapeutic and smell wonderful when heated!!!   Homeopathy products are available that provide relief for a wide variety of common ailments that make symptoms livable;  and Essiac, a Native herbal cancer remedy, also claims shelf space in this section along with tinctures.

Browsing into the Bath and Beauty section, you will discover lovely personal care gift baskets, herbal bath sachets, aluminum free deodorants, and rosewater & glycerin, along with other personal care products.

Stepping into the Fragrance Oils and Home Scents departments is an added delight where you will find simmer spices, vacuum scents, jar potpourris and over sixty different aromas of fragrance/potpourri oils. You can dilute your favorite fragrance  with the cutting oil, making it safe to be applied to the skin.

Just as your pet can be your best friend, herbal alternatives can be a best friend to your pet.  Our Pet Section offers homeopathy formulas that can make life considerably easier for the physically challenged pet.  Happy Ears prevents ear infection when used as directed and Flower Essences provide assistance to the pet with fears, phobias and emotional and/or behavioral problems.  Don't beat them... treat them!...with these natural alternatives that really work.   Also available are catnip, flea protection bandanas and Essiac cancer therapy.
