WHY IS THERE POPCORN IN MY SHIPMENT?
Paypal shipping goes above and beyond the normal 41 cent first class. And these additional services to you not only cost us more, but come with extra requirements as well. One of these requirements is that we reach a certain thickness of the letter and we achieve that through use of the popcorn.
WHY DO WE USE PAYPAL SHIPPING?
Paypal shipping gives us the edge to get your valuable goods to you sooner. Not only does it expedite things on many levels, but it affords you and I delivery confirmation to avoid any hassles. Paypal has always proven itself to be the most reliable resource available.
IS THERE A STANDARD SIZE FOR JELLY ROLLS & CHARM PACKS?
No. Quite to the contrary, Moda even sells "Moda twill tape" so that stores may cut and make their own jelly rolls with their fabric. We work closely and consistently with Moda to deliver to you a dynamic array of what you want and to meet your sewing project demands (2" strip patterns, fabric knitting, bias tape making, and sew many more).
WOVENS & PRINTS
Fabric collections usually come in "wovens" and "prints". This is common terminology in the textile world but not always common to the consumer. Wovens are basically the plaids, jacquards, brushed cottons, and pinstrips of the collection. We try very, very hard to get all details put into the description of each item listing but since you cannot just pick up the item as you would in your local shop misunderstandings can occur. So, if you purchased the wovens charm pack and thought you were getting prints, or purchased prints and thought you were getting wovens, again, please let us know.
--We love finding you the items you want because, just like you, we are sew-loving fabricholics. We want you to be as happy with your purchase as we were preparing it for you. If you found something differently than you thought you would, just dropping off a neutral or negative feedback doesn't solve anything. We are very good at resolving any misunderstanding and we invite you to let us demonstrate that. Unreasonable reactions are unkind and will result with the customer's name on our Ebay Chain block list (a chain of stores that shares names of Ebay buyers not allowing the seller to make customers happy). We can fix anything, but we first need your response.
How much is shipping on this item?
All our US shipping prices are listed. WE DO SHIP WORLDWIDE so international s/h prices will vary. US s/h prices are at the top of page above description and also below the item description. This is the price for US shipping only and only for the one item. When multiple quantities are available on an item, the reduced s/h cost for 2nd, 3rd, etc. item is also shown in the shipping section under description. Email us for an all over discounted s/h amount when you are done shopping and ready for an invoice or for International rates.
Why do you charge shipping and handling?
Most people do not realize that when you make a paypal payment, paypal fees are taken from the overall total; hence, what you paid for s/h is not what we actually receive. In otherwords, if you did pay only actual shipping costs, we would not be receiving the full amount needed to ship your item. Aside from paypal and ebay fees, we need to cover at least some of the other expenses such as:
daily trips to post office (gasoline, miles driven and time), envelopes, tape, labeling and printer ink, etc. In an effort to provide you with some of the most competitive and best internet s/h charges, we keep our s/h at a minimum. This means that we do charge enough to cover the hours spent each day packing and processing daily shipments.
This listing is for Fat Quarters. Do you have yardage?
If the listing is for Fat Quarters look at the Quantity available. For example, if quanity is "20" then there is 5 yards available (4 Fat Quarters in a yard). If you purchase a quanity of 8 then you will receive 2 yards of uncut yardage. If you would like more yardage that shown available in the "quantity" section then please email us. We will occasionally have more yardage and can increase the quantity.
I have made a couple of purchases but am waiting for an auction to close. Can I wait for this auction before totaling my items?
Yes, waiting is fine. Let us know when you are done shopping by emailing us and asking for a total. We can then group all your items together for you so that you can make just one combined payment. As a general rule we ask that you total and pay for your items within 7 days. If you need to wait longer please let us know. We have an automatic "Reminder To Pay" email that will go out on all items that are not showing as paid after 10 days from closing date of the item. If you have asked us for an extension of time then please disregard these "automatic" emails.
I have sent several emails and you do not seem to be getting them?!!!
Many people are sending us 3 or more emails every day! As a general rule we do ONCE each day and we answer everyone, however..... if your email arrives after we have just finished them for the day, then you will not be hearing back from us until we do them again the next day.
Please be patient. You will receive an answer within 24 hours unless we are taking a day off. We take occasional days off, usually on a weekend or special holiday. In this case you will not be receiving an answer within 24 hours.
Email does occasionally get lost in cyber space so if you have not heard answer back within a couple days, then by all means send another or give us a call by going through ebay's "contact information".

***Backorders:
Some items are occasionally backordered, but these items will usually ship within 5 to 7 days from payment. You have the option of canceling for a refund of your payment on item up until your item ships. Tapestrys are shipped directly to you from factory and are usually shipped next day but on occasion these can sometimes take a week to ship.
***Be Informed:
When you click on the buy it now button, Ebay prompts you to a second screen before your purchase is complete. Before clicking the commit to buy button Ebay states:
"You are agreeing to a contract -- You will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from the seller. You are responsible for reading the full item listing, including the seller's instructions and accepted payment methods."
We clearly define all our payment methods, backorder policy, s/h prices, item description, etc.; and promise you all that is stated. We will always uphold our end of the contract and expect that our wonderful customers will do the same. If anything is unclear or not answered please send us an email before making your purchase. If there is a problem after purchase, please let us know--we cannot help you on a problem if we do not know about it.
***Feedback:
We care and we want to make you happy! Our feedback is regulated on an automatic system provided by Ebay's Power Selling Manager. When you have received your items and leave positive feedback it will automatically provide you with positive feedback. IF THERE IS ANY REASON WHY YOU CANNOT LEAVE POSITIVE FEEDBACK EMAIL US. ---Do not leave neutral or negative feedback. Ebay states: "If you have a dispute, contact your trading partner to try and resolve the dispute before leaving feedback." We consider anyone leaving bad feedback without attempting to resolve issue, a negative action on their part and our feedback will reflect this. We do not like to leave negative feedbacks and it is our store policy to resolve all issues. Our satisfaction or money back policy reflects these views as well. It is said that it is impossible to please everybody 100% of the time but we try, so please, if you misunderstand something or are just not happy let us know!
***REFUND POLICY:
We want you to be pleased with your purchase and your complete satisfaction is important to us! We have a 15-day return policy on items you are not satisfied with. Refunds will be issued once items are returned to us. Refunds will not be given for shipping & handling charges. Due to copyright laws, patterns and books may not be returned.
All merchandise returns must be in original unopened packaging, with the label intact and in resalable, original condition and packaging, and they must not have a smoke odor to them. Returns that have a smoke odor will not be refunded.
Customer pays all return shipping costs.
