COUPON SERVICES:  Most coupon listings will be shipped within 1-2 days of receiving payment via USPS (First Class) Monday thru Saturday. Shipping is only $.75 for the first lot and then $.25 for each additional.  Priority Mail is also available at the buyer's expense - (buyer must notify me prior to paying if you are choosing to have your order shipped via Priority Mail).  Please allow 7-10 Postal Business Days for the post office to deliver your coupons.

PARTY SUPPLIES & Other Merchandise: Please allow 5 days handling time and 7-10 business days to receive your package.  Expedited shipping is available. Packages will be shipped with Delivery Confirmation via Priority Mail.  Shipping charges will be actual rates plus a nominal handling charge.

PARTY DECORATIONS & SUPPLIES & Other Merchandise:  All other merchandise is returnable within 7 business days if you are not satisfied with the merchandise.  I will issue a refund when the merchandise has been received back to me.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
