Please wait for me to adjust your invoice before you pay. All items must be in one order. For faster shipping, you may pay before I adjust the invoice and I will refund the difference in shipping minus paypal fee.

SHIPPING: My handling time is same day for whole inserts if paid for by 11 a.m. EST up to 2 days for everything else. Excluding weekends and Holidays. I do this just in case something happens like an appointment or one of my family members or myself are sick or just plain life happens. If you need actual shipping date, please ask before you buy.

SPECIAL ORDERS

For these please email me at discountgifts@live.com and put special order in the subject so I don't delete it. Once contact is made through ebay, then the purchase must be made through ebay.

Ebay policy states, I can not list more than 5 inserts in a listing and my policies are stated very clearly so when you buy something from my store, you are agreeing to my policies and I will assume you have read the whole description. .

I have noticed that 1,000's of buyers did not leave feedback once they received their item. I leave feedback for you as soon as I can after payment is received. This also indicates to you that I am processing your order. I feel I should get the same response in return. If this continues, I will have to change my feedback policy as well.

Make sure your address is correct for shipping.

Orders are mailed same day - 2 days (except Holidays and weekends). I have to have a cut off point so that I have time to list new items.

STORE HOURS: I do business Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. EST. I will work at my convenience on the weekend if I am not busy with other things. Most times, I do ship Saturday morning. Coupons are very time consuming but I do have a family that I need to spend time with. My vacation sign will be up if I will be away for a certain period of time. This doesn't always mean I'm away but maybe just busy.

Because you are paying for my service and not the coupons, I only give refunds if you receive an item that is not what I had described minus shipping and handling because once mailed, I can not get my fees and expenses back. For other items, please see description for refund policies. I will allow 2 days for shopping. If you are done please pay immediately. If payment has not been received on the 2nd day, I will send a reminder. On the 3rd day, your order will be canceled and you will be blocked from my store.
