Q:  What is your return and warranty policy?

A:  Crabby Digital stands behind the products we sell with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy for any reason or if the item you received is defective please contact us within 14 days from the date of delivery and we will happily give you a full refund.

 

Q:  When will my order ship?

A:  Crabby Digital strives to get packages out the same day but orders are guaranteed to ship next day. If you would like us to hold your order to combine with other purchases please let us know. Once an order leaves our shipping facility we are unable to give you a discount or combine packages.

 

Q:  Do you combine shipping?

A:  Crabby Digital will gladly combine shipping on most orders. We love to save you money.  Most listing will state the shipping rate for additional items. If you would like an exact please contact us and we will send you an exact quote. If you are not making all transactions on the same day please notify us as most packages will be shipped next day unless we are told otherwise.

 

Q:  How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?

A:  Shipping for each item is stated in the listing. Any handling charges have already been integrated into the shipping cost. The price you see for shipping is the price you pay. Shipping charges cannot be changed by request as we strive to keep these charges as low as humanly possible.

 

Q:  Do you ship internationally?

A:  Crabby Digital will ship most packages internationally. Most of the time international shipping costs will be available in the listing. If your location is not shown in the listing please contact us for a custom quote.

 

Q:  When can I expect my order to arrive?

A:  Items are shipped next day after payment is received unless otherwise noted. Below is a list of different shipping methods and the time it takes for delivery. Please add 1 day to the numbers below to get estimated day of delivery from day payment is sent.

  • Priority Mail-2-3 business days
  • Parcel Post-2-9 business days

Q:  Is "Buy It Now" offered as an option?

A:  Yes, most all transactions have "Buy It Now" as an option. Sometimes you must "Visit Our Store" to see a "Buy It Now" for an auction. If you don't see a "Buy It Now" and would like a custom one created for you please let me know.
