 | Q: What is your return policy? |
 | A: At Craftville, we strive our best to make sure you are completely happy with your purchase. We have an UNCONDITIONAL return policy refunding the winning bid amount for items returned in its original condition. We must receive the item back in its original condition within 30 days of purchase. The shipping for this is paid by the buyer. |
 | Q: Do you combine shipping? |
 | A: Combined Shipping means you will pay the Highest Postage amount listed of any one of your purchases plus 50% for each additional item purchased unless otherwise specified in the listing. |
 | Q: When can I expect my order to arrive? |
 | A: We ship our items with REGISTERED POS MALAYSIA AIR MAIL (Postal Service of Malaysia). All items are shipped direct from Malaysia within two days after payment is received, excluding holidays and weekends. Someone will have to sign for the registered mail when it arrives. General time takes around 1-2 weeks or 7-14 working days |
 | Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |
 | A: Shipping & Handling prices are stated in the auctions. If you are unsure about anything, please contact me. |
 | Q: Do you ship internationally? |
 | A: Craftville sends items Worldwide to all four corners of the world. Certain exceptions apply to only Israel as Malaysia does not have any diplomatic ties with Israel, I cannot post to Israel. |
 | Q: Why are some items priced higher than other sellers? |
 | A: That is because many sellers do not know about how eBay charges fees and such therefore, just to make the sale, they would undercut in pricings and earn from postage. End of the day, ebay and PayPal takes an average fees of 10%-15% of the final sale and this is paid by the seller, not by the buyer. |
 | Q: Do you overcharge on Postage? |
 | A: Just because I am based in Malaysia, South East Asia, I charge a very competitive and reasonable postage fees that includes Registered Air Mail (Recorded). While some sellers may sell items lower than 99p, they jack up the postage fees to make money. They save on eBay fees but in the long run, they will be caught. Craftville does NOT practice this. |
 | Q: Are you based in the UK? |
 | A: No, Craftville is based in Malaysia, South East Asia. We sell 90% of our items in eBay UK. |
 | Q: I am from Australia/USA/Canada. Do you combine postage? |
 | A: Yes I do. Unfortunately, when you buy items listed in your respective country and then buy items from my store, I will have to send you 2 invoices. Reason is because eBay does not allow sellers to combine invoices from different eBay Sites due to currencies. |
