| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:All picture/poster frame orders ship within 1 - 3 business days, and framed art orders ship within 7-10 business days after payment has been received. Transit time varies depending on buyer location and shipping service. |
| Q:What is styrene? |
|
| A:Styrene is a hard plastic used in place of glass. In larger frames, glass is likely to break during shipment so styrene is used instead. Styrene is crystal clear and highly durable. |

| A:The products we have listed represent a small percentage of what we actually have available. We carry hundreds of mouldings and mat colors.
