I have learned the hard way that I post all of my policies. Please DON'T BID or BUY if you have a problem with my policies or ASK! I LOVE to make this a great business and I can only do that with YOU (MY BUYERS) HELP!

~Shipping Information~

ALL ITEMS ARE PACKAGED & PREPARED FOR SHIPPING WITH THE UTMOST CARE!

~Domestic (US) Shipping~

I use ACTUAL WEIGHT shipping on my items except some that are shipped straight to you from a manufacturer. I charge 19¢ USPS Delivery Confirmation Tracking on domestic sales except when shipping with Priority Mail. Priority Mail has free Delivery Confirmation Tracking.


FREE DOMESTIC UPGRADE SHIPPING POLICY----> If your Parcel Post price comes within $1.00 of Priority Mail I will upgrade your package for FREE to Priority Mail for the price of the Parcel Post! This applies to ALL of my listings. Domestic shipping only.

Priority Mail: I ship Priority Mail so I has free tracking as well as my easiest way to ship. I also can keep my cost WAY down because of the free shipping supplies.


Information on all other USPS Services Offered:
I do offer different shipping methods such as Media Mail, First Class, and Parcel Post. Domestic 1st Class is only for packages under 13 ounces and does not allow me to combine shipping. When 1st class is quoted on a listing and you purchase more than one I will give you the choice to either ship several 1st class or usually it winds up the same as one Priority Mail package.

If you don't supply your "USPS Correct" address, you may expect delays due to Paypal/USPS shipping label printing. I use Paypal or USPS Click N Ship and it will kick it back to me and not allow it to print.

EBAY SHIPPING INSURANCE INFORMATION for DOMESTIC Shipping ONLY:  I WILL add insurance on any order over $100 for US shipments. This will be paid by myself and NOT PASSED ON TO YOU!!!!  I do this to conform to eBay's new insurance information we (as sellers) have to obey. Ebay states: "The insurance option creates the perception that buyers need to purchase shipping insurance as a protection on eBay, an experience they're not accustomed to on other ecommerce sites. In fact, sellers have always been responsible for their items until they arrive safely in their customers' hands. That's why shipping insurance will no longer be included in the purchase flow as either an option or requirement for buyers. 
Of course you can choose to purchase insurance on shipments, but not ask buyers to buy insurance separately. In some categories like Antiques, Collectibles, and Jewelry, shipping insurance for sellers is essential. When appropriate, you can include the cost of insurance in your item or shipping price. "

~International Shipping~
 

IMPORTANT INFO ON 1st CLASS INTERNATIONAL: As of November 2011. I will offer 1st Class International for worldwide shipments!  This is much cheaper with this I will now be insuring ALL 1st Class International shipments with ShipCover insurance. The current price for any combined value of item (sale price) of up to $100 is $1.23 (Nov. 18, 2011) This will conform to eBay's policy that states "Sellers are responsible for their items until they are safely in their customers' hands. Offering insurance to a buyer (optional or required) gives the impression that the buyer is responsible for the safe delivery of the item and can reduce buyer confidence in the marketplace."  Therefore I am including the price of worldwide insurance in my handling fee.  This is allowable and accepted under eBay's rules and policies. See above.

~Questions & Bidding~

ANY and ALL questions are answered and welcomed! I may post the question & answer on the listing if I think it could help others looking. Comments are also real nice and appreciated!

  • PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ASK BEFORE YOU BID!! I ANSWER ALL MESSAGES USUALLY WITHIN 48 HOURS excluding holidays & weekends. I want to save us both any problems! I ALWAYS work with bidders when possible and can help you decide if you are not sure about something! I am a very easy seller to get along with!

  • Non-Paying Bidder: If after 7 days I have not received payment without an email, phone call, snail mail, telegram, telegraph, smoke signals, Pony Express, or carrier pigeon about why, I may file for a non-paying buyer report. This is to recover my fees, and resell the item.

  • UNPAID ITEM: If you discuss it with me I can help by canceling the purchase mutually. This DOES NOT give you an UNPAID BIDDER MARK or FILE!

  • Bidding Problems: I have to reserve the right to void the auction in the case of late bid withdraws or if the eBay system or internet interruptions cause bidders not to bid. I reserve the right to cancel any bid by a user with recent or excessive negative feedback, or whom I feel may be attempting to commit fraud.

  • Warranty: I do not have the means to test everything and as such sell them as is. All used/non-new items are sold AS-IS. New items will have the manufacturer warranty and electronics MAY be warranted with Square Trade BY YOU whether they are new or used. I can offer that to you for a fee. The fee depends on the product and Square Trade's Fee Schedule. The Pet Alive and Native Remedies have a 100% guarantee through the manufacturer please see the listing for the information.

~Return/Exchange Policy~

  • For a return due to my error. I will refund the entire amount WITH shipping and may pay for the item to be shipped back to me.

  • For something that is your error I will refund the purchase price only after I receive the item returned to me.

  • My errors include: Listed as NEW when it is obviously Used. Listed a certain size and it is a different size (clothes)~Wrongly listed version (CD, Software, Video Games)~Unusable example: a CD that will not play. Received broken obviously not in shipping.

  • Errors made by you include: Buying the wrong size/version/color/material and the listing is accurate. Receiving it and realizing it is not what you wanted.

~Feedback~

PLEASE READ BEFORE Leaving Negative or Neutral Feedback

I have worked extremely hard at keeping my 100% positive feedback.
I don't include the two VERY POOR BUYERS that ware very negative and COMPLETELY unwarranted.

    • She had all money refunded BEFORE the item even was received as she didn't understand my very detailed description on a NEW item. She then didn't give me the negative feedback until I re-listed it!!!! She called me greedy! I LOST money on that whole thing then she makes her feedback "private" so my answer isn't even shown.

    • She received their item after I tried to contact her for over 4 days on eBay and off about paying for her shipping then I sent it anyway with a note and she received the tracking number then gave me the neg feedback. She hasn't paid for it to this day! She has a 100% positive on 3 transactions but mine was a bad experience and she did it to another seller who had to give a "positive" just to say she NEVER PAID! I would love eBay to tell me how that makes it fair for everyone that buyers can give sellers negative and sellers cannot give negative even when the buyer is obviously not an honest buyer themselves!
