My
Mission is to bring you quality motorcycle related products along with
customer service which is second to none. I will not sell products which
I would not buy for my personal use. To make it simple I strive to treat
you the way I would want to be treated. |

Bidding:
|
| |
|
You
bid is a legally binding contract, do not bid on an item if you do not
plan to pay. I get charged a multitude of fees even if you do not pay
for your items. Don’t waist my time and drive up my cost of doing
business by
being a dead beat bidder. |

The
starting prices on over one half of my auctions are less then my cost,
so please don’t ask me to sell the item at the starting bid. I start
bids below cost because I find this attracts more buyers and has
resulted in more successful auctions. This practice has also resulted in
buyers getting some great deals. |

Shipping and Handling: |
| |
|
The
S&H costs and the combined S&H policy is clearly marked on each auction.
If you do not agree with them then please do not bid on my items. |

|
Most
of my smaller items are shipped domestically via USPS with delivery
confirmation. Larger items, such as jackets, are shipped USPS or via
major shipping service, such as UPS and FedEx. |

| I ship orders every business day.
Your order is usually processed the next business day after payment is
made, received or clears. Please see the order processing table at
the bottom of this page for more information. |

| International buyers please read: |
| |
| Depending on your countries customs your
order can be delayed several weeks or more over the normal shipping
time. Please do not blame me for the long delivery times. If you do not
want to wait for your item then do not buy it. I reserve the right to
require international orders over $50.00 to be upgraded to Priority Mail
International at the buyers expense. I no longer ship to Italy - no exceptions. |

| Please note due to delivery problems I
no longer ship to South America or most counties in the middle east,
Africa or Italy. If your county is not on this list (click
here to see the list) please ask before bidding. International
customers must agree with my
International Shipping policy which can be viewed by
clicking here. |

Shipping Insurance: |
| |
|
Insurance is available on most items which are shipped domestically.
Since I have no control over a shipment when it leaves my hands, I can
not be responsible for items which are damaged or lost during shipping.
99% of the time your item will make to you undamaged. Domestic insurance
claims may be made after 21 days from the actual ship date,
international orders is 45 days from actual ship date, orders to Italy
is 60 days from actual ship date. Claims for damage can be processed
immediately. Insurance claims for damaged items must be made within 48
hours of delivery. Buyer agrees to wait for the insurance claim to be
processed for refund or replacement.

| Insurance is provided by one of the
following USPS, Endicia, UPS, FedEx, DHL or I may insure smaller orders.
Please note your package is only insured if you purchase insurance;
otherwise I can not be responsible for items once they leave my hands.
UPS, FedEx and DHL orders are insured up $100.00 and you must process
the claims for these carriers. I will handle the processing of all other
insurance claims. Failure to assist with information needed to process
your claim my result in the denial of your claim.

Sizing of items: |

Please read the sizing information on the auction you are biding on.
Some of the items do run a little small; all the information you need to
get a great fitting items is clearly marked on each auction. Please do
not guess at the size you need. Sending items back and forth can be very
frustrating and expensive for both of us. |

Disclaimers: |
|
|
| I
will put
disclaimers on some items, which are clearly marked. I do not put
disclaimers in small print where you might overlook them. Some items
which have disclaimers are vest extenders or items which look to be
licensed products but are not. |

Photographs: |
| |
|
I
do my best to make sure the photos accurately depict the item being
sold. Due to manufacturing processes and/or the procurement of
merchandise from multiple vendors; items may be slightly different to
the photos. Photos are for reference only. Please make sure you refer to
the dimensions in the auction for the actual size. Sometimes the photos
may make an item appear larger or smaller then the actual size of the
item. Chances are the photo in the auction is not the actual item being
sent to you. If you have a question about a product please ask before
bidding. |

Customer Satisfaction: |

If
you are not happy with your purchase, simply contact me and will do
everything (with in reason) to make it right or you can request a refund
(less the original S&H fees). The buyer is responsible for all S&H fees.
All refunds will be made by the method the buyer used to pay for the
item, for example if you paid for an item with PayPal you will receive
your refund through PayPal. |

Feedback policy: |
| |
|
Please contact me if there is a problem before you leave feedback. I
will leave feedback when I know you are 100% happy. I feel sellers who
leave feedback after payment is received are just concerned about
getting their money and don’t really care about the rest of the
transaction. The feedback I leave is a reflection about the entire
transaction and not just one part of it. I am not one of those sellers
who hold theirs customer’s hostage buy not leaving feedback until after
they do. If you send me an e-mail telling me you have received you item
and you are happy, I will leave feedback. If you are not happy, I will
do everything reasonably possible to make sure you are 100% satisfied. |

International orders are shipped twice
a week. |

The normal domestic
transit time in the US is 2 to 9 days (sometimes
longer). |

Order processing times may be better. I do
process orders on weekends when I am at home. Being a motorcycle rider
and sports fan, so some weekends I am riding or taking a trip to D.C. to
watch the Redskins loose. |
