If I make an error on an item I will repair or replace at my expense once I receive the item back. Please contact me asap for instructions and to discuss the problem. I keep all my emails so I can refer back to any information you have given me.

I only accept orders by email or in writing so I can verify and make sure all spelling and details are correct.

I can NOT be responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail. You must request insurance for you total order to be protected against loss or damage and you will be charged the exact fee the USPS charges me for that insurance.

I only ship to the confirmed address on your Paypal payment for your protection and mine due to Paypals rules. If you wish to have your order shipped to another address you must send a money order & let me know the address you wish to ship it to.

Please pay for all items in one complete payment if you want the discounted s/h. Otherwise there will not be a discount on multiple payments.

Please be kind and fair as I will treat you. I honor all my bids and pay all of my sellers even if I've made an error or not read something in the listing. I do expect all bidders to complete their transaction and all non paying bidders will receive a strike againt their Ebay account to lose bidding privledges. If you bid you need to complete the transaction per Ebay rules it's just the right thing to do.

My items are ALL custom therefore I cannot accept returns or exchanges unless I have made an error.
