Combined Shipping
Please wait until your final auction has closed or the final purchase has been made, and then proceed to checkout to pay for items together. Your items will be automatically combined into a single invoice. Items paid individually will not reflect the combined shipping discount. We cannot offer combined shipping on all 5 lb., 10 lb., and 40 lb. & 50 lb. shreds as these must ship in individual boxes.
International Shipping
We ship most orders in the United States and Canada by UPS. Lighter weight packages have the option to be shipped by Priority mail by the Post office, however this service is not guaranteed or provide a reliable tracking service. Duty and taxes are payable on most items imported into Canada. Applicable taxes are not calculated or charged during checkout. The Broker selected by the carrier will determine the applicable duties and transportation fees into Canada. We have no way of knowing the cost of these fees up front so you the recipient will be responsible for paying all applicable duties, taxes and custom clearance fees invoiced by Broker.
Delivery Times
Most orders are shipped within 12- 48 hours. You can rest assured we will make every effort to ship the same day or next business day after your purchase. Time in transit depends on your location. Average in-transit times are listed below. This is the avearge time once your package has been shipped for it to be delivered at your location. This does not include holidays or weekends. It is not a guaranteed time, but an estimate.
- East Coast - 1-2 days UPS ground - 2- 3 days Priority Mail
- Mid USA – 2- 4 days UPS Ground – 2-3 days Priority Mail
- West Coast – 4 – 5 days UPS ground – 2 – 3 days Priority Mail
Delivery Insurance: All shipping charges include insurance for the amount of purchase.

For all returns: Contact us for return authorization. Your return must be new and unopened, and include your RMA number. All returned items without RMA # will be refused.
