Return Policy

• Refunds must be accompanied by an RMA number; email us for one to be issued. Refunds of selling price are given when items are returned within 7 days of delivery, in original condition, in original packaging, but in cases not involving damage, such as buyer remorse, the buyer will be required to pay the shipping costs. Damage claims are subject to insurance considerations. Uninsured damage claims are the buyer's responsibility.
  

International Buyers

• Please be aware that there may be customs duties due on your items. Because we ship to many countries, we are unable to know the customs requirements for your country, so please make that your responsibility.
  
• In the case of some of our collectible swords and knifes, please check with your customs office before bidding to ensure that this item is allowed to be imported into your country.
