I ordered the 3 light tension rod vintage lights from Alan of Creekwood. I received in shortly after I purchased it. It is a rather long package and after carefully unwrapping it I found one of the metal arms to the light fixture was broken in transit. I was so disappointed. I messaged Alan from Creekwood and asked what my options are and he told me not to worry and don’t send it back within 2 days I received my entire purchase price. What an honorable gentleman.I will shop their again ;)
