Our shipping commitment to you:

We strive to ship all orders the business day following payment.  We have worked hard to negotiate rates with our carriers to provide you with the lowest rates possible.  We are sensitive to the issue of shipping costs.  When we purchase inventory we take into account shipping to ensure that the total cost with shipping is still a great value. 

Insurance:

Insurance is included on all UPS shipments.  Items shipped in the mail are not insured, and we do not offer insurance for those items.  They are shipped at your own risk.  We will package the product well and will assist you in any way we can if a problem arises with a postal shipment.  We have enjoyed success with postal shipments, there is just no viable insurance option.

Combined shipping:

Yes, we will combine shipping.  Your savings will vary by what you are purchasing.  As you can see from our rate tables ( Domestic / International )the first pound is the most expensive.  If you are combining several small items your savings will be substantial.  If you are combining two heavier items, the savings will be less.

Please add the individual shipping weights of your items (found in each listing under the shipping charges) and check the rate table for the combined cost.

Customs / Brokerage for orders shipped outside the United States

Orders shipped to a destination outside the United States will have a declared value equal to your purchase price not including shipping.  The charge collected at delivery is typically referred to as "brokerage fees".  That fee is actually combination of many smaller charges.  Those charges vary by carrier, service level and product value.  While we can not determine your landed cost, this table should help you estimate that.  All amounts listed in this table are based on the best information we have.  We can not guarantee the accuracy of these rates, the rates are subject to change without notice and are set by the carriers and your government.
