I am from Canada and I hate UPS because of their brokerage fee, why do you ship UPS to Canada?
We will be happy to ship your order via USPS / Canada Post and charge you accordingly, please select that shipping option in the checkout. The reason why you hate UPS shipments from the US is because of the entry prep fee. On ground orders under $200 CAD in value we have negotiated a flat $10 for entry prep, bond and COD (up to a 74% savings, under $20 in value is free just like Canada Post). That is only $5.00 more than Canada Post. Given the huge disparity in the shipping costs even with the extra $5 UPS is a better option. They are faster, total landed cost is less, they have full visibility tracking and meaningful insurance.
I am from Canada and would like to ship my order to an address in the US, is that ok?
Yes, that is fine. Please enter that address in the United States in the "ship to" section of our checkout.
How long will it take for UPS Ground?
If you live in California and pay over the weekend, we will ship your order Monday. The day a package is shipped does not count as a transit day, you would receive your package 4 business days later on Friday. Weekends and holidays also do not count as transit days.
Can I save on Shipping a pick my item up?
Yes, but we are way out in the sticks. We are in Crosslake MN, about 150 miles north of Minneapolis. Just to give you an idea how far out we are, our closest Starbucks is 30 miles away. You are welcome to come, just drop us an email for directions. However, I think most of you will find that shipping is a more economical option.
Where do you get your stuff?
Come on, you don't think I will really answer that do you? Generally we buy from the manufacturer, occasionally we will work through a 3rd party or pick up a close out from a retail store. While we do offer group classes on getting started selling on eBay (half day $90) and will set up your business to establish a selling presence on eBay (20K and up depending on how much hand holding you want, I know it is a lot but if you have the product we can help you get to $100,000 a month in sales in very little time), we will not sell our little black book. Well we might, but our last business sold for over a million.
Is it cold in MN?
Yes. The winter is very long and can get very cold.
