Shipping

You can use eBays Shipping calculator to find shipping costs and insurance. Items are shipped USPS Priority and Fed Ex. Fed Ex quotes are stated as UPS but they will be shipped Fed Ex.  All items require Insurance.  Insurance is free for Fed Ex items under $100.  We require insurance, so that we can help you with items that become lost or damaged in delivery.  If your item is not insured, there will be nothing we can do to help.

If by chance you live in areas that require additional charges (HI,PR, AK, ie Over Seas shipping) and you think that the FedEx charge is too much and we don't have USPS Priority Options, feel free to e-mail me about a personalized quote for these areas. Tell me your zip code and your State/Location (ie HI, PR, AK.) We are also willing to put an item in a USPS Flat rate box if they fit and it is cheaper then the current stated shipping. This must be requested after you win your auction and before you make payment. We will only ship an item if it fits in the flat rate box and is less than 8 pounds.  Heavy items, Points, Chisels and Drill bits don't work in flat rate boxes and most of the time they punch out of the box.

We also offer international shipping to Canada. The item will be shipped with all the appropriate custom forms, but any custom problems are the responsibility of the auction winner. Items will be insured. Please understand that International insurance claims can take up to three months. We will help with filing claims as we use a third party insurance company, but we can not refund your money if your claim is denied. We did switch insurance companies to help solve this problem. International customers agree to these terms upon bidding.

Combine Shipping

We do allow you to combine shipping for lower cost. eBay should allow you to combine your items, or you can e-mail us and request us to do it for you. 

You are allowed to combine auctions with-in  30 Day period.  Please do not make any payment until all auctions are won and you have a final invoice. We do prefer that you don't wait the entire 30 days to combine your items.  We will file a non-paying bidder alerts on your items if your items have not been paid for after a week (7 days) of your last won auction.

Extra Information

All items not paid within two weeks will have a Non-Paying Bidder Alert sent to them. If your waiting to buy another item and combine them, it is important to inform us.

If you have problems with your auction after we have shipped your item you must inform us within 14 days of the end of the auction. After that we cannot help you. We are fully willing to help with filling insurance claims or other problems within a one month period. We try hard to keepr customers are happy.

All Items that State "Sold As Is" or "No Returns" are not elligible for a refund or return. These items are usually items that we can not test for functionality or that we state are in used condition.  Buyer/Winner accepts all risk for these items.
