-Is this makeup safe to use on all skin types?
Yes!!! Our makeup consists of 100 % natural ingredients that will NOT irritate your skin or clog pores. We do not use bismuth oxychloride, another ingredient found in many other mineral makeups that can actually cause irritation and/or redness. Our natural minerals will actually conceal and can help heal or soothe common skin problems such as allergies, rosacea, sensitivity, acne, and is even recommended by plastic surgeons to use post surgery!! Our makeup will not settle into wrinkles like other brands would, they actually disperse light, perfect for mature skin. It also acts as a moisturizer by retaining your skins natural moisture; perfect for dry skin. Mineral makeup also absorbs any excess oils your skin may produce, leaving you shine free. Your skin’s health will actually improve over time with daily use! Our makeup is very light weight and silky, leaving you feeling as if you are not wearing any makeup at all…yet gives you maximum coverage all day long.
-What are the ingredients in your makeup?
Our mineral makeup consists of titanium dioxide, iron oxide, zinc oxide, mica, sericite, ultramarine blue, magnesium stearate, rice powder, and kaolin clay. Zinc oxide is known to calm the skin. It is also a chemical compound that absorbs both UVA and UVB rays, helping to protect your skin. Titanium dioxide is mined from iron and also helps protects skin from harmful ultraviolet rays. Mica is mined from granite, these tiny light refractors can add a healthy glow to your skin by absorbing moisture and light. All of these ingredients are cosmetic grade and approved for use on face, eyes, lips, and nails! **PLEASE DO NOT USE IF YOU ARE ALLERGIC TO ANY OF THESE OR DISCONTINUE USE IF IRRITATION OCCURS**
-How long does this makeup stay “good” for?
That’s the beautiful part of our makeup, FOREVER!!! Our makeup consists of natural ingredients; therefore, you do not have to worry about bacteria building up as you do with other cosmetics or the makeup ever going “bad.”
-Does this makeup have any SPF to protect me from the sun?
YES!!! Titanium dioxide and zinc oxide are formulated together to provide protection from the sun. It naturally carries around 15 spf protection or higher!!!
-Is this makeup waterproof and/or sweat proof?
YES!!! No matter the weather, or if you perspire a lot, this is made to outlast ANY conditions. When you accrue excess moisture, simply blot dry. (if desired touch up application.)
-How do I know what shade is right for me?
Simply read the description for each shade and decide which one matches best with your skin tone. Also, you can refer to our recommendations (see “matte foundations” under the section titled “Determine which colors work best for you”) for some extra help. Don’t see your foundation shade? Just request to have any of our current shades darkened OR lightened at extra cost. We will try to customize a shade that is best for your skin!! Please, do not hesitate to ask us for assistance when ordering.
-How long will each size last?
Being as you only need a small amount for full coverage, you get a lot of usage out of each product. Generally, our 30 gram jars, which hold about 10 grams of our matte foundation powder lasts about 4-5 months with daily use. Our 10 gram jars hold about 3 grams of powder which last about 2 to 3 months. Our 5 gram jars hold about 3/4 of a teaspoon and lasts approximately 1-2 months. Please keep in mind, we DO NOT package by weight, we fill the jars to the max to ensure you get the most possible. **Of course you may inquire to have any item in any size jar we have available and price will be given upon request.
-How can Crystal Coast Minerals sell mineral makeup so inexpensive?
Simple, because we are the manufacturer of our products. We purchase our ingredients in bulk and make everything ourselves to resell. We do worry about maintenance of heavy machinery, have employees to pay, use cheap fillers to bulk up products, and so on, therefore we can provide top quality makeup at affordable prices to you!
-What is your shipping policy and do you combine shipping?
All orders are shipped within three business days once payment is confirmed. Winner pays all shipping and handling charges specified on item(s) won, unless stated “free” on winning listing. Free shipping is usually USPS First Class Mail which takes about 2-5 business days. We also offer Priority shipping for $4.60, arrives in 2-3 business days. Insurance for orders under $50.00 is $1.70. Please note: we are NOT responsible for lost or damaged orders. If you order more than one item, we will gladly combine shipping. Your charges will be calculated by the largest shipping amount PLUS $1.25 per additional item. If you live in North Carolina, we must charge you 6.75% for state sales tax. International Shipping: We use USPS Global First Class Mail for international buyers; please inquire to verify cost of shipping and handling charges BEFORE purchasing. PLEASE NOTE: We are NOT responsible for International orders once they leave our hands. Tracking information will be provided upon request and can not gaurantee a shipping time. Some delays may occur in international orders due to customs.
-What is your return policy?
If for some reason, you are not satisfied with the item(s) please let us know the issue at your earliest convenience and we will gladly work out a solution with you. If you wish for a refund, you must contact us prior to returning the item.
PLEASE NOTE IMPORTANT RETURN POLICY: If for some reason, you are not satisfied and would like a cash refund, there will be a 30% supply/processing fee, minus the cost of shipping (even if item was purchased with "free shipping" we will subtract the actual shipping cost from your refund) in order for our business not to take a complete loss. The reason being is due to health and sanitary reasons; we must discard the ENTIRE returned kit (makeup, jars, brushes, etc.) even if unopened for everyone's safety. If you purchase a kit and request a refund before it actually ships, a 20% processing fee will be deducted from your refund. We apologize for having to enforce this policy; however, unlike other businesses when they receive a return, we cannot resell the item to compensate for our loss.

PAYMENT TERMS: Payment is expected within 3 days of closing of auction. You will receive a confirmation email from eBay once the auction closes. **Please follow these steps for Emergency First Aid**
-Eye Contact/Irritation: Flush eyes with water for at least 15 min. See physician if irritation persists.
-Skin Contact/Irritation: Flush skin with soap and water for at least 15 min. See physician if irritation consists.
-Inhalation: Remove to fresh air. If breathing is difficult give oxygen. See physician.
-Ingestion: None needed for small amounts. For large amounts, if conscious, give water and call physician. Do not induce vomiting.
