Here are some Frequently asked questions which may help you and answer questions/queries that you always wondered.
- Do all colours have the same shine / reflections
NO, this all depends on the darkness of the colour, I.E clear rhinestones have more sparkle then say Sapphire. Each rhinestone has a silver foil stuck at the base to give the reflection, so darker crystals do not reflect as much. This does not mean they are no good, cos the Sapphire still has spectacular shine.
- What is the best size for general use
This all depends on what effect and what size of material you have. The most common used are SS10 and SS16. A combination can make good effects.

I post these out within 24 hours ( usually it is on the same day as payments). Within the UK they usually take a day or 2 but can sometimes take as long as a week.
Rest of the world usually takes between 5 to 10 days, But in some cases have taken upto 3weeks.
This all depends on the postal services on either side.
- Can i use these on other than Garments, like my mobile phone, Belts, shoes etc..
YES, these rhinestones can be used on anything in your imagination. they can be applied to other material where an iron is no good by using external glue ( superglue, araldite etc...). they can be used on anything, even for making Christmas/birthday cards.
Anybody can use these iron-on items. From young childrens ( with adult supervision), to housewifes, gents, fashion designers, artists, basically anyone who wants to create effects.
The terms mean the type of glue that is used on the reverse side of the crystals. you do not see these from the front side as there is a silver foil which hides the gluebase. so the sparkle and quality is the same for both.
- Do you offer discounts for large orders.

- I want to create my own Motif designs.
It is fairly easy to create your own custom designs using our sticky hot-fix tape. we supply everything needed to create your own motifs. All you need to do is place the crystals/studs/nailheads on the design you want ( can be a picture, portraite, photo , etc..) then once done peel the tape and cover with the sticky side so the crystals stick to the tape. once done cover the sticky tape with the other half to seal the motif, thats it all done, ready to be used whenever required.

Do the rhinestones stick to Leather.
We do not guarantee the rhinestones sticking to leather, as we have had many mixed reactions to variouse types of leathers. some types of soft leather seems to absorb the glue whilst other do not and the rhinestones do not stick very well. all items can be stuck onto leather with special external glue.
Sorry, all our items are produced in large quantities by our manufacturer. minimum quantity for custom motifs is 100 A4 sheets.
We ship worldwide and all items are posted within 24hrs of cleared payments. we post items twice a day so usulauuly they will be posted on the same day if payments are made before 3pm.
All items are posted within 24hrs. it usually takes between 5 to 10 working days to reach rest of the world, the postal service says that items can take upto 28 working days.
YES, we do combine p/p and only charge reasonable charges. p/p in Uk starts at 0.75p or 1pound then goes up by 10p for each additional item. postage to the rest of the world starts at 1.25pounds or 1.50pounds then goes up by 10p for each extra items. for heavier items the postage costs will be a little higher. |
