When we ordered the chair, we selected local pickup (Severna Park). We ended up having to call Cubes2U main headquarters, since they did not respond to our ebay message. However, once we got in touch with them, they actually dropped off the chair at our house. It was great to not have to drive anywhere to get it. It's a great used chair at a great price. We had the same model before but it broke recently. We're so happy to have a good chair now that we're all working from home!
