All purchases are final. CA residents will pay 8.75% sales tax. All used equipment is sold as is. No warranty express or implied. Customer is responsible for noting "damage" on bill of lading. We accept no responsibility for freight damage. You must carefully inspect all equipment, and personnaly handle all claims for damage with the shipper/freight company. Food Service Equipment is heavy and prone to freight damage. Please be attentive while receiving your auction items. Even if the package/crate looks fine, open it up and inspect
