 | A: We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you are unhappy for any reason let us know and we will do all we can to fix it. If we can't do an item to your satisfaction, you may return it for a full refund. |
 | Q: Do you combine shipping - how do I get the discount? |

 | A: Yes. If you want to buy more than one item, don't check out until all items have been purchased. We will send you an invoice with all the items and shipping discounts included. |
 | Q: When can I expect my order to arrive? |

 | A: We usually ship within one business day AFTER you give your approval on an item. If for any reason there is a delay we will let you know immediately. |
 | Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

 | A: We charge for the actual cost of shipping and in many cases we end up paying more for shipping than we charge. Some items may seem higher than others, but they are heavier and cost more to ship. |
 | Q: Do you ship internationally? |

 | A: We ship to Canada only. |
 | Q: What can you put on the custom items? |

 | A: We can put any photo (the better the picture, the better your item will look). Logos (your own, no copyrighted pictues or logos), text and whatever your imagination can conjure up. |
 | Q: Can I use a cell phone picture? |
 |
 | A: NO. Cell phone pictures and pictures taken from the web are very low resolution and of poor quality for printing. Don't use them - your item will not come out well. |
