First of all Jim, who I was communicating with was absolutely amazing. He was so patient with all my questions and gave me all the information I needed to make the correct decision on which tires to purchase for my Jeep.
Shipping arrived well before my scheduled delivery date however the carrier decided to take their sweet time and delivered the tires to me four days past my scheduled delivery date. This was not Jim fault as he has no control over the carrier.
All in all, Jim is the best.
