When you make your payment, we acknowledge that you agree to our prices! We only accept payments by PayPal. Please send your payments to PayPal@acuteshop.com. We usually ship the item within 3 business days or faster after payment is received and cleared. However, the delivery will take longer when the item is accidently out of stock after payment received. When that happens, we will send you a back-ordered notiification. 

Due to the complexity of cross-border transaction & shipping, we are happy to ONLY serve to FRIENDLY, RATIONAL, PATIENT & COMMUNICATIVE buyers who abide our shipping policies.  Please be reminded that we can only ship to your primary PayPal shipping address. If you would like to designate your purchase be shipped to a different address, please be sure to ADD that address inside your PayPal account BEFORE you complete the payment or SPECIFY the alternative shipping address in the NOTE section.

Should a payment is not made within 7 days, we reserve the right to cancel your order without prior notice.

We ship by the following methods:

-Small parcel with insurance (optional): for items weights under 1 kg to the majority of countries

-CP Parcel with a tracking no. (can be tracked with your local post office only)  : for items weights above 1kg to the the majority of countries

-Express Mail Service (EMS) with a on-line trackable tracking no.: for valuable and high-priced items

-S.A.L. : for heavy items over 3 kg to the majority of countries.

We ship within 3 business days of receiving paymentail. Please note that any local duties, customs, and taxes that apply must be paid by you, the recipient, upon delivery. We try our best to avoid shipping delays and incurring such charges, but we cannot be held responsible for foreign customs delays or imposed duties.

If your country is not listed in the above list, please contact us at service@acuteshop.com to see if delivery is possible. Please note, we ship to your PayPal primary address. If you would like to ship the item to an alternate address, you MUST specify the alternate address in the NOTE section when you complete payment in PayPal.

Delivery lead-time 

- Small parcel: 5~10 days for Asia / 7~14 days for America/Europe

- CP parcel: 5~10 days for Asia / 7~14 days for America/Europe 

**If your purchased items are small and you prefer to ship by regular air mailing,  please be reminded and acknowledge that it takes longer to get to Brazil, Italy, France and Germany. It may take up to 4~6 weeks due to the custom delay.  Please If you wish to receive your items faster, please consider using Express Mail Service (EMS).

**If you wish your parcel to be sent by REGISTERED Air mail, please leave a note in the memo box during checkout. It is 2.0 dollars extra per parcel. It may take a few days longer for the parcel to arrive but it is more secure. I highly recommend shipping by registered air mail for small packages to Brazil, Italy and France.

Combined Shipping
We offer a combined shipping discount on most of our products – please review individual item descriptions to verify if combined shipping is available. To calculate the combined shipping cost, pay for the heaviest item (highest shipping price), and then add the price specified for each additional item as specified in the eBay listings. Please use the below chart as a guide to calculating the combined shipping discount.

Unclaimed Parcel
If your parcel is unclaimed and returned to us, we will notify you by email. Such a situation may occur if you are unavailable or the address you provided was insufficient. We will resend your items for you ONLY if you pay for the postage of second trip. If you refer a refund, the refund will be the purchase price less shipping charges and a 15% re-stocking fee.

We now offer 100% satisfaction guarantee and risk-free shopping to make sure your shopping experience a good one with our store!  If for any reason you're not happy with our products, you must notify us within 7 days of  receipt of your item and returns must be sent within 7 days after receipt of the item at buyer's own expense. The item(s) must be sent in original package and in perfect new and intact condition. You can return them within 45 days to receive a refund of your payment, excluding the shipping postage.

HOWEVER, we DO NOT take returns because of size or fitting problem. So if you are buying some merchandise that comes in sizes and may cause fitting problem, please check your size on the item description before you purchase it. We do not accept any returns because of size problem.

We try to make your shopping experience on eBay and with our store a pleasant one. Please pay special attention that items returned must be in new condition and in original manufacturer packaging.  The item(s) must be returned at buyer's own expense.

Items damaged or lost during transportation

We try to make your shopping experience on eBay and with our store a pleasant one. However, some items are easier objects for possible damage or lost during transportation, such as plastic home items and small stationery items. We wrap every package with plastic bubble bags, but damages still might occur by careless mailmen or during delivery. We CANNOT refund customers for these two categories of items and it's recommended that our buyers either pay for EMS shipping for safer shipping or acknowledge this term before purchasing.    

14-day DOA Guarantee for electronic items
In the event you receive a non-functioning product, @ Cute Shop will provide a full refund plus the return shipping cost provided you contact us within 14 days of receipt of the product (verified by tracking information). The refund will be made to the buyer’s PayPal account once we receive the return product. The 14-day DOA guarantee is offered for electronic items only.  

Warranty for electronic items
We sell only new, never-used products in their original packaging. Please refer to each item description for specific warranty information.

If your product fails after 14 days of receipt up to the end of your warranty period, please email us your sales record and payment details to make a paid return request. We will act as your agent to send the product in for repair; however, you are responsible for shipping costs both ways. If the product was damaged through human error, the warranty will be voided.
